We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nice clean room with good facilities and iPad to control things. Bar menu was short but what was there tasted amazing.

Nice hotel with modern decor. The arrangement of the bathroom is a bit odd with the sink being outside in the room and the toilet space being tiny. Very nice and accommodating staff. Full bar offering nice drinks and simple fares such as pizza and salads. Spaklerweg metro station within 2-3 minutes walk.

Rooms were different TV controled from ipad shutter for outside controled from Ipad marshal speakers in room to connect to from phone and they are trying hard to be green, I'd use them again

· A beautiful place with a new concept. Everything in the room is controlled by an iPad, the experience is very much electronic-based. Very close ride to Dam square, 5 stops - 15 minutes.
