The room was a good size, very clean, comfy beds. All the staff were very helpful. We decided to "go green" (didn't have a room clean or clean towels each day) and were given drinks vouchers as a thank you which was very nice!

The only thing was not having an iron or coffee/ tea/ kettle in our own room but rather in a shared communal space on the floor. The rooms are plenty big enough for an iron and nobody wants to iron their clothes Infront of people walking the halls in their pyjamas. It seemed like a very out of place feature for such an upscale place.

The hotel is fabulous. A wonderfully large room for the price and it had modern touches that really stood out. For example the room lighting was controlled by an iPad as well as the shutters so we had a very dark and quiet room to sleep in! It is a very short metro to the centre and we preferred it like this with some restaurants in walking distance by the water as well as a small shop for snacks around the corner. They also had a wonderful breakfast. It’s self check in and out we didn’t really talk to any staff the few nights we stayed - perfect for the introvert.

Property was modern and clean! We loved how you could control the room temperature and lights with the ipad. Location is 5 min from the metro making it easy to travel around.

The only slight inconvenience was that the iron on our floor was gone.

We loved the room! It was beautiful, relaxing and the bed was so comfortable. The room was nice and dark, quiet at night and the temperature was beautiful with the A/C. We loved the shower, it was just delightful. Everything is accessible by public transport within 20 minutes.

There was no way to up the air conditioning and it wasn't really making the room temperature 18 Celcius degrees (lowest possible setting) as it claimed it was. It was pretty hot at night (we were there in July). Pillows were not very comfortable (not firm enough) but maybe that's just a personal preference.

Great location, just a few metro stops away from the city centre. The metro stop is very close to the hotel and you never really wait more than 5 minutes for the train. There is a convenience store right around the corner as well. Modern room with lots of international channels on the TV, big shower and room to hang your clothes. Super fast and modern lift system. Nice downstairs bar with a few food options for dinner in case you don't want to travel out.

There are not a lot of eating options nearby and the breakfast is expensive (we didn't try it). We had McDonald's for breakfast (across the street) and walked down to the Italian restaurant for dinner one night that was really nice.

Rooms are really lovely, spacious and modern. Clean too. It's very close to the metro station so you can get to the city easily on the metro.

The outside window screens occasionally shut and it was very dark to try and find the tablet to open them!

Staff were super welcoming and happy to answer any questions. There was always someone available to talk to. The staff at the bar were also welcoming and happy to suggest drinks and places to visit. The rooms and communal areas were very clean. The air conditioning in our room wasn't working and the staff quickly found us another bedroom to move to. The hotel was really close to the metro, so easy to access Amsterdam night or day.
