We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

BermudaBreakfast could have more selections of cereals, the breads should be sliced, to many hands handling the bread’s even though a cloth was over it. If not going to refill bowls they should be removed or put a bit in bowl.

United StatesThe floors could have been vacuumed better. There’s no hotel shuttle for airport pickups or drop offs. They do not offer washcloths. The WiFi was spotty a few days. We stayed during King’s evening and King’s Day. On the evening before king’s Day, the restaurant on the top floor (21st floor I think) had a private party that played techno music ALL night. I could hear the beat of the music with my ear on the pillow the entire night, and I was on the 8th floor! When you have traveled far and are dealing with jet lag, a good night’s sleep is essential for your next day’s activities. It was disappointing that the hotel allowed that party to go on at that volume all night.
Breakfast had an amazing selection. The coffee was excellent! The bed was very comfortable for us, and we loved the outer window closures that allowed us to darken the room to our liking. We are glad we paid a little more for our room to have the extra space for the bathroom area. The shower was nice and we relied on the provided soaps, shampoo and lotions. They do not have washcloths, only hand towels and bath towels. WiFi could be spotty at times. The room could have used a more thorough vacuuming. We would recommend this hotel and would book again/ stay at one of their other hotel locations.

I loved the service and the beds were very comfy. We were on the 19 floor and the view was very cool. The hotel staff were very friendly and nice and the bar was very cosy.

EstoniaThe sink that was in the room only had cold water, no hot water whatsoever. But apart from this little issue, everything was perfect. Shower had hot water!
The hotel room was very clean and spacious. I really liked the sofas near the window where we could enjoy some hot tea and chill after a long day of exploring Amsterdam. The bed was large, soft and very comfy. The interior design was beautiful.

IrelandThe windows don’t open in the rooms which is a pity if you like fresh air. There was no hair dryer in the room but I asked downstairs for one and they kindly arranged for one to be brought up within a few minutes.
Lovely hotel rooms, had everything we needed for a city break. The view from the room was nice, we were on the 15th floor. Staff were very helpful, they filled up our water bottles at the bar each day before going out. Upon arrival our room was not ready as we arrived early so they kept our luggage for us while we went out for the day.

AustraliaThe location is quite far out from Amsterdam centre, but walkable to the station. My partner was injured and we asked for a room with a bath, but they said it would cost us extra. If this could be a free of charge selection for customers who prefer a bath, that would be ideal.
The room was clean and modern, exactly what we expected. Very quiet and lots of amenities available within the room. Would have preferred tea + coffee inside the room instead of in the common area.
