We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomOnly negative was that the breakfast was very expensive (€24.00 per person) and therefore the restaurant / bar area was pretty deserted and had a strange atmosphere.
The location is just a 2 minute walk from a station that takes you straight into central Amsterdam in about 15 minutes. It’s really nice to stay out of the centre as it’s a bit quieter. The rooms were very modern, nice and clean with mood lighting and tv. We had a great time.

IrelandIt is 10 mins on the metro to busy areas so you can’t walk there but it’s very easy accessible
The hotel was fantastic, has an Apple TV which is amazing to be able to watch movies/ play music. Extremely clean and comfortable, lovely bathroom. We loved everything about our stay!

The rooms are super cool with very comfortable beds and pillows. The whole is designed for a comfortable nights sleep. Little details like water and chocolate, and sound systems are a nice touch. The breakfast bar is amazing and the team are mega helpful and friendly. Generally a great vibe!

If we go to Amsterdam next time, we will definitely consider returning to Emma Ruby Amsterdam. Nice service. The only minus is the breakfasts we bought, they were good, but lacked variety.

The room definitely exceeded my expectations during my stay! Large room and lots of natural light. The bath was my favorite. Comfiest bed ever. Self check-in and self check-out system is great!
