Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We loved everything:) The spa bath was wonderful and room was cozy yet spacious. The breakfast was so fresh and lots of options and the location is perfect to explore valkenburg.

no complaints.
It was the second time that my husband and I stayed at this hotel and, like the first time, our experience was great. We had a small problem with our jacuzzi, but they were very solicitous and polite about our complaint. They solved it quickly and with a lot of kindness. We'll definitely be back again

There was no lift and our first room was on the second floor. This would not usually be a problem but I had an injured leg. They moved to the first floor which was very helpful.
The hotel was beautiful, lovely comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. The location was perfect, after a short we were right in the middle of the town, with restaurants and other attractions in easy reach.

A lot of noise from the hall. This woke me up several times. This was weird because I'm a deep sleeper normally. The WiFi has no security password.
I loved the quality of the bed. Also the room looked amazing. The location is perfect in the middle of the town. The smart tv is a real plus. The shower is nice and strong.

We did not like the apartment on the ground floor. Actually, it was not an apartment with two rooms, as we imagined from the photos, but a large studio, one room partitioned off with a wardrobe, more suitable for a family with a child than for three elderly people, as we were. Otherwise the studio was clean, but the small terrace was not.
The hotel is in the center of the city, very convenient for walking and exploring the city. The staff is very kind and helpful, wonderful breakfast, nice and comfortable parking behind the hotel.

Frustrating to get to with road restrictions in place ,but you soon get to know system.

Perfectly situated within five minutes walk of the centre, we found the hotel to be immaculate in all areas. The room was clean and tidy, and meticulously kept clean by housekeeping each day, with fantastic shower and facilities. The hotel bar is well stocked, and breakfast is good and well presented. Staff are the standouts: helpful, friendly, and always ready to provide local knowledge and guidance. An easy 10/10!

It's probably personal taste, but the beds were to soft for us. Also it's quite noisy with some cracking noises as it is an old(er) building. Lastly, the bed in the middle of the apartment between the living room and kitchen was .... uncommon.
Spacious, luxurious apartment in the city centre, great bathroom and little garden to sit. Friendly staff and also it's great that you can park next to the hotel. Breakfast was tasty as well, although you also have many restaurants nearby who serve breakfast.

Ground floor apartment is too dark, no enough sunlight, because less windows, can't stay too long. My bfs leg got bitten by some bugs on the couch, the hotel should deep clean The couch.
Comfortable bed, spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen. Breakage is good, the decoration in the hotel is nice.

Loved the location so close to everything. The facilities were perfect for my work related trip. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I enjoyed how quiet the hotel was also enjoyed how attention to detail the staff was. I would definitely visit again for leisure.
