Excellent location, Modern and fun hotel. The view from our room was fantastic, especially at night. The lifts were good fun, don't want to spoil the surprise for others. Pool table, table tennis table and pinball machines meant we could stay for a few drinks and be entertained until it was time to cross the river and get the train to the airport.

Comfortable bed, friendly staffs. Just a 2 minutes walk to This is Holland counter to take the hop on hop off bus to Keukenhof garden. 5 minute free 24 hours ferry service away from the central train station to places of interests in Amsterdam and beyond. Get to choose the vinyl records to bring back to your room to play on the record player. Nice view of the harbour and the city of Amsterdam. Good security access at lifs and to the rooms.

The fact that one can find it only in Amsterdam!

Every time I visit Amsterdam, I don’t even consider staying anywhere else—this hotel is simply the one! Located in the heart of the city’s most exciting, up-and-coming area by the IJ river, it sits on the ground floor of the iconic A’DAM Tower, a building that celebrates music and interactive experiences in the best way possible. The moment I step inside, my mood instantly lifts. The buzzing café/bar at the entrance is a magnet for Amsterdam’s young, creative crowd—great food, top-notch drinks, and, of course, a killer music selection set the perfect vibe. Whether you’re starting your day with a coffee or winding down with a cocktail, the energy here is unbeatable. The staff of the hotel? Absolutely fantastic. Every interaction at reception is smooth, efficient, and genuinely uplifting. They’re sharp, quick, and always ready to help, making the whole check-in process effortless. Their positive energy is contagious, and you leave the front desk feeling even better than when you arrived. And then there’s the room—an absolute dream for any music lover. The design is effortlessly cool, with guitars on the walls and a vinyl player stocked with records, adding a personal, nostalgic touch. The location, the quirky hotel and staff were excellent. Being a free ferry trip away from AMS Centraal station was great as you are just far enough away from the nightlife, but still very close. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, bar and upstairs has a sky swing

The room was comfortable, although the main light was a bit over powering.

Love the character of the hotel, the lifts are an experience just on their own, especially the one that goes to the rooftop. The food at the restaurant was good, not a fan of the breakfast though. Easy to get across the river at any time on the free ferry. Central train station directly opposite and super easy to get to.

Hotel can't be blamed but one of our towels was dirty. Our TV's connection was bad, but not a huge deal.

Elevator and entry is a bit complex but you get used to it, after a few go’s. Shower could of been more powerful

The hotel was really special - I have never been offered the chance to choose some records to take to my room when I checked in. The room was lovely and the bed was one of the comfiest I ever slept in. It really was a special place - the lifts were the coolest things ever.

Most vinyls are not well taken care of : scratched, missing or in the wrong sleeves. It’s a shame the guitar is fixed on the wall ! I thought I could have played a bit on it 😉

Nice location with an easy access form Amsterdam central station. We liked to music vibe all around the hotel, specially the elevators ! Nice design in the lobby and in the rooms which are well furnished. Nice view from the lobby on the water ! Breakfast was outstanding ! We will go back when we will ben back in Ameaterdam.

Very quirky hotel, loved the lifts one disco and the other karaoke made it fun. The rooms are lovely very stylish, clean and the bed was so comfy. The vibe in the hotel was brilliant, the butcher restaurant served fantastic food and we ate there twice. Transport on the ferry boat was every 5 minutes we mwver had to wait very convenient. We did not go to the swing or club but we could see how popular these were as it always looked busy. Overall so happy with our stay we extended by one night due to out flight being cancelled and the staff were very accommodating- recommend you book this hotel

There were no hooks to hang wet cloth . One night we arrived late and the entrance was closed . There were no signs that the night entrance is at the back and no one opened for a few minutes whilst we stood soaking as it was raining.

Great location, comfy rooms and polite staff. Lifts were great addition. Loved the view. Enjoy just sitting and gazing outside . Felt cosy and warm .
