First of all I would like to say that Lucas and Lina are the best receptionist that I have ever met, there were extremely polite, helpful, friendly. Amazing people with the best vibe. Because of them this place feels like home, thanks a lot guys for everything! 2nd of all this hostel is really cozy and warm during winter. Room was really big with enough space for everyone, huge windows with stunning city view, private separate bathroom and toilet. New and very clean bed sheets and towel, comfortable bed and pillow. I would say it's almost 5* hostel and definitely the cleanest one that I have ever stay. Location just amazing, 5 min walking distance from the Central station, supermarket, restaurants, bars everything just next by. For sure I gonna choose this place again when I'll be back to Rotterdam!

The rooms are cleaned daily, and if you wish, even your sheets can be changed. The bathroom and toilet are included in the room and are clean. The kitchen was the best and cleanest I’ve ever seen, you can cook and eat whatever you like. The staff was friendly and very attentive. The location is right in the center, so you can walk everywhere, and there are supermarkets nearby.

Price is high 62 euro /night in a room with 12 people but the hostel Is very good

A real hostel with a large living room with kitchen where you can meet others people and prepare some meals. The bedroom Is ok also bed, small the two wc, ok the showers. Btw i raccomend this structure for your stay in Rotterdam.

Can be a bit noisy as in a central area but it wasn't bad at all (just trams mainly). Doors closing can be heard and people coming up the stairs at different times, but was able to sleep still. Reminder to close curtains before changing as can be seen from outside otherwise.

Friendly staff, clean room, digital key, towels provided. Two showers and two toilets off the main bedroom in the 8 berth women only room. Bunk beds sturdy made of wood and metal. Have own light and charging point. Curtains for windows in room good. Can open the window (was quite warm when arrived). Great kitchen and area to relax in. Lots of chairs and tables and a couple of sofas. TV. There are areas to store your food (only eat downstairs not in rooms). Also luggage room. Charger for phone can hire. If forget padlock can buy one for storage area at the end of the bed which is a good size (easily fit two lots of cabin luggage in). Free coffee before 11am. 1 euro after. Free tea. Free condiments. Crockery and cutlery available for use (just wash up after yourself).

Very pleasant stay. Had everything. Kitchen for everyone to cook their meals, area with sofa and board games and chill out feeling. Two minutes away from central train station and many option of tram transit outside the door.

The stairs were stupid snd felt like I was going to die on them going down, there is no on site bar, just buy a drink at reception, the 4 German guys I was sharing with were too loud all the time, they made it messy and kept smoking inside the room while hanging out the window. Disgusting humans!

The room's cleanliness needs to improve, there was a lot of dust on the floor and on the bunk bed stairs.

The staff are friendly, especially the Portuguese. The structure is good and the beds is good too.

Only one thing could be better: a curtain for all beds and also a roof on top of the beds that are above, because the wall is only one meter so the other person can look over it

The door at the entrance doesn't work during night hours with the digital key so everytime you have to wait that the receptionist open the door for you , the elevator doesn't work ( they will fix it)
