Toilet leaked water on floor all the time. Shower heads were all broken. Hard to shower while holding the shower head.

The employees are fantastic. Atmosphere is fun. Location is perfect.

Bunk beds are a bit short so no space to sit upright on the lower bunk. No ladders to access the top bunk but you can request a ladder from staff if you need one.

I like the vibe of the place. Friendly and relaxed. Good spot very close to the beach and with a bus stop nearby. Bathrooms were very nice and the kitchen was good.

My main issue was the noise of the bar at night, it's bar and common room mixed and the bar is open till 2 am every night. The issue is at night to get the mood up the music is turned up to a degree were you can't sleep in the dorm rooms, please make a max volume or turn it down around 11 pm. Secondly the opening of the kitchen of the common room at 8 am is a bit late especially if you have to catch an early train, I see no need for the served breakfast earlier but just the option to make myself some toast or cereal would be nice form 6 or 7 am.

Very nice staff, well equipped kitchen, great location for going to the beach. The big dorm room in the basement is quite hot and stuffy but it was okay.

The Room with 10 other people was a bit too much for us. So next time we would book a room with less beds.

The staff in this hostel was very friendly and everything was clean. The Hostel is located very near to the beach. We liked the atmosphere of this hostel a lot and we would come back :)

There was no ladder in the room to climb the stapple bed. We had to create "a ladder" with the table and the chair in the room.

The location is great. Super close to the beach and the dunes. Also, the bus stop going to Leiden is only 300m from the hostel making it very easy to go there.

Really claustrophobic. The beds are ancient and shaking. I was lucky my room wasn’t fully booked but in the case of selfish roommates I wish you luck!

quiet expensive for a simple double room in a hostel without any special facilities, but we were aware of that and the location near to the beach was crucial for us supermarket around the corner, parking within walking distance and with day ticket at reasonable price very friendly staff

There are very few toilets and showers and the beds are not very comfortable. But it's a hostel for good value, so no need to complain about that!

Really good vibe and close to the beach. They have got a couple of games and there are some events at the bar. We didn't miss anything in the kitchen. I would definitely book again☺️

The room was under the bar so it could be pretty noisy some nights but they provided free earplugs which worked a treat. The room would get really hot some nights which could be pretty uncomfortable (this was in June). Also, I was expecting a more social hostel and they advertise different activities so Saturday was meant to be drinking games but when I went up there, there was nothing going on. I know the social aspect is based on the crowd at the time, but I was surprised the staff were not running the activities they were advertising.

The room was pretty spacious and the bed was comfortable enough. Super close to the beach which was amazing and good for watching the gorgeous sunset each night! There was also a good running/walking/cycling trail nearby which was in good condition.
