The carpet is unacceptable barf spots everywhere and I think someone might have been killed on the first floor due to th 1 m stain. How can you not change the carpet never seen anything like it. Trash not changed in our room

Some small annoyances: only paper cups in the room, why not glass? Makes it hard for example to store a toothbrush. The (used) paper cup was not replaced either so from a hygienic perspective... And I get that tap water is a big thing in NL, but a bottle of water upon arrival would be nice as well. The mini bar was empty as well. 2nd annoying thing was that reception called at 11h06 to ask where we were the day of departure. Ok, check-out is at 11h, you are right, but that is a bit childish, especially the morning after summer time started. When I said something about it, they replied 'it was the hotel policy...'

The beds were never made. I understand not changing the sheets but I think a 4 star hotel should at least make the bed. On the last day they didn't even put back new glasses. The lighting in the room was practically non-existent, very dark. The windows can not be opened and it was very hot inside the room.

Great location and great design. Next to the Cubic House, metro and tram driving to centre and train station. Bed were comfortable and the location was really quite.

The toilet is not part of the bathroom or does not have a washing basin, so I had to walk around to the bathroom just to wash my hands every time.

It was a nice big room with a sunroof. Spacious and well styled. Also liked that there were hangers in the cupboards.

No door at the shower meant the bathroom was swamped after each shower. Not clear who designed a shower without a door in this small bathroom?? Breakfast had great bread, but terrible coffee. Parking in the garage was very expensive (30 Euros).

Felt intimidated by the server at breakfast he seems a lovely guy but not welcoming. If there was an option of being served by someone else I would choose it. Did not feel like asking him anything he is very snappy not good

Dark walls in the hallway made me question the cleanliness of the hotel. Lamps in the room - :(

Staff - super friendly. Room was good, bed - soft. The location was close to the port where you can take a waterbus to Kinderdijk, walking distance to other touristic spots.

Unfortunately the window in my room didn't open. I found the lighting in the room a bit dim. But stylish! The immediate surroundings of the hotel are not touristically interesting.

Beautiful large room with an extra sofa and a large table well suitable for working or having donner for two. Luxurious shower, separate toilet. Comfortable matrace. Location is convenient for taking the Metro at Oostplein. There's also a supermarket downstairs in the same building.

The airco in our rooms didn’t work unfortunately and it got pretty hot with the 4 of us in a family room. However, it cooled down nicely at night so it wasn’t too much of an issue.

Super nice hotel with a lovely bar and restaurant, close to Oude Haven, Markthal and a stones throw away from the metro to take you everywhere in the city.

Some bathrooms might have an awkward smell. Street-side is not so great to stay if you enjoy your rest or if you want to sleep a little bit longer.

Very friendly staff, the accommodation is good aswel. Nice an clean rooms very big for the price too. 24/7 fitness is also a plus.

Apart from a funny staff who wasn’t very helpful, I could t fault this hotel. Maybe they can add the breakfast as part of the package and tea spoons instead of the coffee stir stick

The property is 2mins walk from tram and train which is very handy. There’s a Lidl next door. The restaurant/bar gives the hotel a good ambience. I like the coffee pod and separate toilet from bathroom plus all the handy usb port by the bedhead

Rooms and amenities were very good. Restaurant is serving great food. Stuff is very friendly.

The only thing we did not like was the toilet 😄 . It was small, so I had to go backward 😂. Bytw. Toilet and shower are separated.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. They also gave us a better room for our kid's 🙂. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. A fitness studio and a wonderful restaurant make's it even better. The location was also perfect, you can reach the city center in a couple of minutes on foot. The metro is also nearby approximately 50 m.

Extra for parking and breakfast - would have been good if all included.

Good location, Shame parking wasn’t included. We had some issues with the guests next door and the hotel dealt with it brilliantly - really impressed by that.
