Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. My one issue: the hotel information states dinner is served to 21h00 but when I came down at 20h30 they had already closed the kitchen
Per my ratings very clean and comfortable. Food is good but see my comment about dislike. Great location to wander around in and close to my office

The heating was switched off in my room when I arrived so not very warm!! Was fine once I turned radiators on

Only thing I would suggest is to put a lamp on the desk in room 234 as it is quite dark there if you are trying to work.
As indicated in a great location and very clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice.

I would have liked some more personal amenities in the bathroom. I would have liked a minibar with at least some water in the room.
The beds were extremely comfortable, the room was spacious, the shower was good (especially after one week on a boat ;- ) ) Moscito net in front of the window. Friendly staff. Location - proximity to harbour - right at the end of the main street.

Breakfast space was very small to get your food, especially when guests all come down together. Although the breakfast space to eat was lovely.
Location was perfect, alongside the water in the middle of the old town. Nicely furnished hotel with 2 restaurants. Spacious, clean room with coffee/tea facilities and a modern bathroom.

This is a very nice hotel with a very nice restaurant and very nice staffs. Good breakfast. Clean, comfortable and quiet room. On the high street with shops, cafés and restaurants and by the sea, harbours and canals.

The bicycle storage was good and secure, but a bit inconvenient to access. Would have preferred to bring the bikes to our room.
Breakfast was fantastic and the room was modern. Nice neighborhood with good restaurants and grocery store within walking distance.

It is starting to get a little tired from our first visit 10 years ago such as the carpets on the stairs inside and out. Nothing terrible just could do with a bit of a refresh. Lighting in the room is dull. Would like a mirror near a plug socket to use straighteners!
We love the property and are repeat visitors location is great staff are fabulous food is consistently good. Always cosy and warm as well.

We had a really large room with a balcony which was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent and what you can expect from a 3-star hotel. The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful.

No complaints. Maybe a bit more ventilation in the bathroom would be better.
Room was very spacious and very clean.Same goes for the bathroom. I like the walk in shower very much. Reminded me of our previous house which is the best invention ever in my opinion. Breakfast was ok. Maybe I'm little spoilt with the variety of some French and Spanish hotels with the confiture/jams. Try to reduce on "one time" use /plastic containers for the jams. I like the fresh brown bread straight from the bakery.

the room was literally a bit cold and just didn’t have a nice feel to it. mattresses in my room both really need replacement.
location, parking in front of the hotel. good bathroom. nice staff. great restaurant, nice shops and food options in the street, great location if you would like to go for a run or walk.

If there could have been a little more selection on the breakfast thats all Id ask for. There was a nice little selection but only two items for a hot breakfast.
The room was very clean well equipped and nicely sized. The hotel was nice and very well presented. I unfortunately didn't eat an evening meal at the hotel but the breakfast was lovely and a great way to start the day with nice views. The free wifi was great and I had no issues with speed or anything like that which you quite often find with free hotel wifi

Breakfast was not the best I have had. The youghurt was frozen and there was no coffee offered.
The hotel was very nice and the room was big and clean with nice new facilities. Very nice area great for walking. Great wiew and quiet town.

Great hotel with a superb location. We cycled up from Amsterdam in poor weather and the hotel was a welcome sight, The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The hotel were quick to answer question before we booked and provided good secure bicycle storage. The rooms were a very good size and very comfy. My room had a great view, coffee making facilities and a bath. We had our evening meal in the hotel. The food was wonderful and well priced. Breakfast was super.
