    “Really enjoyed our stay here. We were greeted by Rudra and Pravina, both so helpful. The hotel is in the Thamel area, so alot of hustle, bustle etc. However it is tucked away in a small street, so it was quiet but also very safe. Rooms were clean, all staff were very pleasant and there was a great choice at breakfast. I asked for a room.change which was done immediately. Definitely be staying here again.”

    “We booked the Heritage Deluxe room and had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a great location—very close to Thamel and plenty of souvenir shops, but surprisingly quiet at night, which we really appreciated. There are also several nice restaurants within walking distance. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the room itself was beautiful—clean, clearly well-maintained, and with the most comfortable beds ever! There’s also a rooftop area with a lovely view, perfect for relaxing. One great bonus was the free airport pick-up. However, the man who met us at the airport doors (not the driver) was quite rude. He insisted on a tip and, after we gave him something, said “that’s not enough, too little,” and asked for more, which made us uncomfortable. This was the only negative part of our stay—everyone else at the hotel was kind and professional.”

    “We really enjoyed the entire stay in hotel , as we got the best care from the staff.. they do the job with heart and it’s seen. Anything we requested was no problem. The breakfast was nice , the location perfect and the furniture in the room was neat and smart. Highly recomended”

    “Staff is SUPER friendly and helpful. Food from the restaurants is Yummy!!!! Tried Chicken Mo-Mo, BBQ chicken wings, Biriyani and Fried rice. They were very tasty, cheap and had a good portion size. Hotel provides all the necessary toiletries and tea/coffee making items. Rooms also contains a mini fridge and a safe (did't use it) Location is quite central.”
