No parking...had to find parking on streets far away that wasn't timed. Given disability bathroom with shower wet room, totally unlike pictures booked. Charged twice, despite confirming at check in that had already paid through Booking.com. Only realised after checking credit card accounts.

Parked on the street due to no ability other than valet. Breakfast was excellent, but was charged much more the 2nd day without consent. Did not realize the variable price when checking out.

Excellent location and facilities . Room was fantastic. Staff brought my wife a dessert plate for her birthday. Restaurants were in walking distance.

Service not good enough. We booked rooms with free breakfast and was told only one room with free breakfast. And then gave us wrong room, and then one room car didn’t work properly and I was locked in the lift, and then at breakfast counter we were told the voucher is for discounts not for free breakfast. The receptionist who we met when we checked in was not familiar with the business.

There was no free parking at the hotel, so we had to pay an additional NZD$50 a day to park our car.

This is a very clean and spacious place to stay in Rotorua (though we did upgrade to a larger room which had fabulous views and a living space). It was very quiet at night (so good for sleeping). The staff were really friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel. We didn't go into the bar but it looked lovely and seemed very popular. It's very centrally located so it makes the perfect base from which to explore the city but be aware of the parking charges if you're arriving by car. I'd not hesitate to stay here again though, it's a super modern and clean place to base yourself in this lovely town.

The trademark smell of Rotorua was quite strong in my room, but that may be inevitable.

The lack of separation between the shower and toilet, and the extra cost to park your car 50dollars a day. We also had loud neighbours next to our room and it was very expensive to stay,

The bathrooms in all three rooms we had are an open concept with frosted glass enclosures, so there isn’t any privacy if the door opens or if sharing the room with others.

Perfect location, walking distance to the best restaurants, the government gardens. 5 -10 min drive to all best attractions. Comfortable beds and good pillows, great breakfast in the restaurant on site. Staff is helpful and friendly. City view was nice for all rooms.
