Private parking is limited and tight to manoeuvre but the lift goes straight to the carpark.

The kitcheware and cutlery were complete and suitable for cooking simple meals.

Booked with what we thought parking as green tick to say yes but on arrival not booked and had to pay extra $25 . Also booked twin beds but was king bed . On saying that very friendly staff member sorted bed out .

We were woken early in the morning by people on our floor chatting for extended period of time in the hall way.

Convenient location, walk to shops, restaurants and bars and Marina area. Easy parking for the hire car. Room was clean and modern. View over park.

- Beware there is a nightclub right across the road, Saturday night was noisy (even from higher level) and hard to sleep until the wee hours when the club closed - some people may enjoy this nightlife obviously though. - Balcony is small (at least in the room we stayed) only big enough to just stand out on, so if this is a highlight of booking for you, don't count on this. - Couldn't get oven to heat in our room. - Long wait for elevator in the morning (8.25am), and only ever appeared to be one out of two working at a time? We almost were late to make our tour pick up - Another guest advised they had a 17 min wait the day prior. So account for plenty of time at this time in the morning if you have time sensitive engagements. - Room Servicing left a lot to be desired - had to make multiple trips to reception for extra amenities. First day our room was missed being serviced all together (though reception staff were very apologetic and accommodating), and the second day it was serviced, but majority of items used were not refreshed (i.e. milk which was low after not having been replaced the day before either, hot chocolate sachets that were used the night before etc, complementary bathroom supplies - was empty packaging left in drawer to begin with and then were not refreshed throughout our 3 night stay, even when i had thrown the packaging out) Coffee pods for machine were only on first day/arrival and had to purchase more if required, should be included in daily room cost if being offered, not per stay. Sheets were not refreshed, was not aware this wouldn't be completed, dishes were washed but not put away. Not major things by any means and the room was still clean and tidy, but it's the little things and felt slightly let down after great first impressions in every other aspect.

First impressions were fantastic, super friendly reception staff, who were very helpful and accommodating. Lovely big room with all of the facilities (full kitchen, washer and dryer in bathroom, comfortable couch and chairs), plenty of space to sit and work, eat etc if required, ambient music playing on the TV on arrival along with weather and wifi info, Aircon on waiting for arrival, clean and tidy, with modern fresh decor, Lovely outlook over Myers park where live music was playing on Saturday afternoon, plenty of plugs including USB-A & C on desk, Tim tams and coffee pod machine in room on first day was a lovely touch, very accessible location at the start of the Queen street hill with a 10min walk to sky tower and 20min walk to waterfront with lots of great shopping and stores on the way. Overall great stay for a very reasonable price.

The environment was very noisy. Construction work nearby, and a music festival during the weekend. A park which is maintained by noisy blowers and cutting machines. Noisy cars and motorcycles nearby.

Well made fresh appartment with nice kitchenette, balcony with beautiful view on park and Sky tower. Close to the city centre. Very friendly staff :-)

10th floor on street front, view of buildings which is what you would expect being downtown. Could hear the club across the road until 2am when they closed. Would've been nice on booking to have an option of room preference, ie street facing / non street etc. Bed was 2 king singles put together, which is normal for a king bed request. However, the under blanket /matress cover wasn't thick enough to cover the matress edging and could feel where they "met" making it an uncomfortable sleep. Parking is extremely tight if you have a large vehicle.

Room clean, cool when we walked in from heat of the day. Reception staff warm and welcoming. Lobby clean and fresh. Suited what we needed for weekend.

We were on the 8 floor (Room 804) and there was an overpowering smell of tobacco smoke…both a stale smell and also someone still smoking in a room near us, This unfortunately spoilt an otherwise perfect stay. The receptionist said they couldn’t do anything about the smoker cos it was a resident?? They did offer to shift us to another room but we didn’t want the hassle of shifting.

The tea and coffee making facilities were ok except there was no milk in the fridge. By the time we realized this reception was shut.
