The shower water was not sufficiently hot. I started taking a shower and had to rush through it as the water was getting progressively colder despite having waited for it to get warm for a long time. Also the room was cold and no heating was being offered other than extra blankets.

We requested a quiet room but you could hear other people staying the accommodation very loudly from our room on the first night. We needed to leave at 6am for a bus but the outside doors were locked so we needed to find the host and wake them up at 6am to let us out so it would be best to tell them in advance if you need to leave early.

Nice place in a good location to access everything in Pune, close to the main square. We had a good hot water shower and Wi-Fi. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation did washing for us which was a little expensive but was convenient for us. They lost one item but quickly found it for us when we notified them. We booked a boat tour to the islands through the accommodation which worked well.

The first time we stayed we had hot water, the second time we stayed we didn’t. And also when the water was running it spurted out brown water and lost pressure. Probably a thing in Puno. The curtains were pointless too.

Comfortable beds and good location. The WiFi is pretty good too in comparison to other places we have been. Staff very friendly and they also stored our bags whilst we went to the Uros Islands. Good value for money.

The walls are super thin so you hear everything. Ear plugs were key! There were windows out to the hallway so anytime someone turned the hall light on it lit up our room. We had to pay cash bc the credit card machine was down but saw later it was working and others were able to use it.

Staff were amazing and helpful and even allowed us to check in at 5am when we arrived from an overnight bus! Wifi worked great and breakfast was nice and well priced only 10 PEN per person. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall GREAT value.

There was no heating and it was freezing cold in the whole building.

Room was spacious with very comfortable beds. Location was ok, in one of the many narrow streets but very close to the center. We spent there 1 night and that time there was hot water in the shower. Hosts were also nice but only one of them spoke English. They let us store our luggage at the reception after check-out and let us be in the main area to wait for our bus to arrive. The only problem was that the main area in the evening was extremely cold.

Room was freezing! It was warmer outside so I was not able to comfortably hang out in the room - I had to go outside to stay warm. Had to sleep with my down coat on. Water in shower was a great temperature but it was hard to get in and out of it since tile floor and air were so cold. Also need a light on the stairs.

Staff were super helpful both times I needed help with my next travels. They called tour group for me the first time to confirm a pick up that was late. They arranged a back up plan to a potential train strike and when that didn't work, still made sure to make all the calls to the right people to get me where I needed to go on time. Very appreciated!

Really nice place, close to the main square, clean and comfortable rooms, has a tour company which provided excellent tours. Very happy with the stay. Nice hot showers.

was woken up at 6:30am by builders drilling in the room next door. after a long day we did not want to be woken up this early. also gave the receptionist our clothes for the laundry however most of the clothes still had stains on when returned to us. we were given a partial refund for both laundry and waking us up early.

Stayed 2 nights in total in two different rooms. 207 was really cold at night, the bathroom window was facing outside so all the cold came from there, I was actually scared to go to the bathroom. Room 205 was a bit better in term of temperature since it was mostly inside the building. No matter how many blankets you use, I don't really imagine myself walking about with three blankets on me in order to relieve myself in the middle of the night.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, location a few blocks away from the main square. Possible to book trips to the floating islands at the reception with a pick-up at the door (if the trafic allows it).
