We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThere was no elevator and we didn't know that our room was on the first floor. Friend is recovering from the broken leg and this has complicated our stay in the hotel.
Location is first class. Facility is a bit dark and old looking. This might be intentional given the close location to historical buildings surrounding it.

LatviaSPIDERS. There were around 8 in my room and a few in the other room. I have arachnophobia. It was awful. The ceiling was too high to do anything about them. The staff spoke only Polish. Which in itself is fine. But please DO NOT say on your ad that you speak other languages. We tried English, German, Russian, and French. The staff spoke none of those. The breakfast is a rip-off. Terrible coffee. Best to have a coffee and smth to eat in a cafe across the road. It said free parking is available and no need to book. Well, it was not. We arrived late, around 10 pm. The parking was full and I had to drive around at night trying to find a place to park. The toilet was broken, literally off the wall, and the toilet lid kept falling on your back every time you sat on the toilet. We had booked sleeping for 4 people, the place was set up only for 3. The photos look nice but the place looked like that perhaps 15 years ago. It is deteriorated and feels neglected. Cannot and do not recommend this place, and I do not say this lightly.
The bed was comfortable. Shower was good.

LatviaOur room missed the mirror - it looks, it was remowed recently. Probably back on wall by now. Welcome drink is only 20* liquer. 40* would earn higher mark :)
Nice BB type hotel at very heart of Frombork (the town itself is not anything bigger). Staff do not exhaust You with unnecessary attention - just give the keys, show the room (O, yes - there is a welcome drink "+star" for this!) and off You go! The brekfast was abundant! Very good food choice for such small B&B.
