It’s a little tricky to get to if you’re coming off of the highway from the opposite way. The road leading to the hotel is very dark at night.

It is in a good location, right off the highway and there’s a Walgreens and gas station nearby. The parking is easy and plentiful. The casino is small but nice. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays.

This being in Caguas is a great location. We never had to travel more than 30 minutes from the hotel. The location is fantastic! Caguas can be proud! we will definitely stay there again!

you have to pay services charges of 28$ per day..to many charges in your account makes the place very expensive for a solo traveler

We had breakfast a la carte (not the buffet), but it was not good and it took a long time to be delivered to the table.

I liked how well kept is the Hotel. I stayed there for the first time in 2005 and now in 2024 and it's still looking good.

The rooms by the pool smell of mildew. The staff quickly switched us to other rooms.

I didn't find anything that I didn't like. I got what I expected.

The hotel was comfortable. Gym - small workout room with two treadmills, some barbells, and a universal. There was water available in the gym. Access with room card. Restaurant: I had a ceasar's salad with grilled chicken and my friend had spaghetti carbonara -- both were good. The restaurant was small, with about 8-10 tables for 4. Pleasant. Staff: Extremely pleasant and helpful. Other: There was a small pool that we didn't use -- it seemed fine for a short dip --- not resort like. There is a small casino that was nice. In general, the hotel seemed very suitable for those travelling for business or visiting relatives in the area. It can also be a waypoint on a trip around the island. I stayed there to be close to a friend who lived nearby whom we would be exploring the island with. One needs a car to access the hotel -- it is off the beaten path. There is nothing within walking distance.

It seemed a bit overpriced.

We didn't purchase the breakfast - it was the basic fare you would find at a Holiday Inn Express. However we did eat dinner at the property and were pleased. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable. Our room was huge! Good shower, comfy bed, quality linens.

Room was outdated and I had to walk a bit to get to the room, as it was almost at the end of the one hall.

Everything was in place, as it should be in a hotel. This was a business trip, and therefore I was able to rest.

Restaurant almost ran out of options the day after new year’s. Pillows were way too soft. Shower body wash bottle was empty when we arrived.

Restaurant menu options. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking facilities. Casino size and staff. Nearby golf course. Convenient location, easily accessible to and from principal freeway.

Generally , everything. Only stayed a few hours in the evening because my son’s cirurgical intervention in a nearby Medical Center, but we liked everything about the Four Points. Hope to return but for leisure
