We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

KuwaitDue to the FIFA World Cup, the entrance is a total mess. Zero place to park.
The rooms are nice and the restaurant offers decent breakfast. The hotel also has a bar serving alcohol from 5pm onwards. The hotel has a small gym and a decent swimming pool. I booked via booking.com and their room rates were great, especially as it includes a full breakfast.

The room was clean and spacious and I was able to check in extra early. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The young Kenyan man on the door was very helpful and I felt safe and well looked after while waiting for my driver. Check in was easy and quick and I was able to check in early for a small fee which was wonderful after a long flight. Breakfast staff were also lovely.

QatarAC was not cooling and even after reporting, they couldn't do much. It was very hot inside and the kids including infant babies couldn't sleep because of this. No Car parking for hotel and they took our keys and drove our cars somewhere far away during night. Next day during checkout, they said they don't have a driver with license and we must walk though the sun and find our cars by ourselves. They were not helping or bothered to show us at least where they had parked. When we went to our cars, we found that the lights were ON and the battery was so fully drained that we couldn't start the car. They also kept the car windows open and let the dust inside. Later we had an argument with the manager and he promised to bring our car to our home. We had total 8 rooms for our family get-together. After check-out, with infants and kids, our families had to wait in lobby for almost 2 hours waiting to get our cars. This last minute chaos spoiled all the fun we had.
1 of the 8 rooms was big enough. Good breakfast. Nice swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room. Nice fitness center. We could order food from outside.

Saudi ArabiaOnly two points: 1. I tried three different cards for payment but the hotel machines did not accept any. Had to go to ATM, withdraw cash and pay. Perhaps network issue. 2. The bathroom shower broke and had to request immediate repair which was done.
The staff was good and welcoming. Room size and comfort was also fine.

Staff at the hotel are nice specially the housekeeping team they provided what I need. I also love the breakfast it’s sumptuous 😋 Room rates are competitive I guess they did a great price match against nearby hotel. Job well done. Although, I didn’t get the room that I have requested but over all it was great. I enjoyed my stay here and will be coming back again. Ciao! 😉
