    “Lovely hostel, very clean and comfortable. Molly and Mauro go above and beyond and can’t do enough for you. The breakfast has amazing homemade cakes. Mauro offers airport pickup and drop off services as well as amazing treks around the area and is extremely knowledgeable. Fantastic stay and would recommend. Very close to the town centre and quiet location and a great local pub for food and drink at the bottom of the steps!!”

    “Benjamin is a great host, super helpful, easy to contact and most responsive. The house is shared with Benjamin and his family, but we felt plenty of privacy as we had full use of kitchen when needed, as well as bathroom. We had enough space in their fridge to keep our perishable goods cool, and the kitchen has all electrical needed to prepare food. Tip: bring your own amenities for bathroom (soap, shampoo, conditioner) as these are not provided. The bedroom was very clean, super comfortable bed/pillows. We loved it, ended up staying two nights.”

    “Everything was good and the room itself was cozy and clean, great location, also the host was really really kind and helpfull, he provided us with all needed information on how to fully enjoy our time in Puerto Baras The only “surprise” was that the privat bathroom inside the room didn’t have a shower, just a toilet. (and a sink). So to take a shower you had to go to the outside shred bathroom, which was set in a container with electric shower that was not hot enough given the low temperature at the time of our visit.”

    “Everything. It was just perfect. Pilar and her husband are so kind. You feel like being at friends' place and they have very good recommendations. The view on the volcano is just magic. The breakfast is homemade and delicious and accompanied by the little hummingbirds. Restaurants in the neighbourhood for the diner (accessible by car within a few minutes). I would highly recommend to consider this calm and peaceful place iso Puerto Varas if you have a car.”

    “This is an extraordinary place, built as a guest house in the 1940s. Almost everything in and around the house is from that period. Means also that some of the 2020s commodities are missing. We were warmly welcomed, the bed are excellent, big rooms and healthy breakfast the next day. Big car park.”
