“Very homely and comfortable property in a great location. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and we were given a very warm welcome by our host. Our rooms were quite small, with a shared family bathroom down the hallway, however with the full use of a communal large living room and kitchen downstairs it was not really important for us to have a large bedroom.”

House is located 10-15 minutes by car from Hemsedal, guaranteeing solitude, great views of the mountains on the opposite side of the valley and still quite quick connection with different shops and facilities in the village. While in Eikre Fjellgård nature is surely just around a corner! In the building there is a spectacular, cozy saloon in which you can get a well deserved rest after entire day in the outdoors. Additionally there is a well prepared and organized kitchen and dinning area which allows to prepare perfect breakfasts & dinners. Each room is rustical, comfortable, furnished in Scandinavian style, suited with comfy beds. Everything what is needed is already there. For us, 2 ski tour enthusiasts, Eikre Fjellgård was just a perfect place to stay! Thanks Ola & Clemens!”
