    “My stay was good, until it wasn't. I had a very unpleasant encounter with the staff member regarding the sauna. According to the rules of the house, the sauna was supposed to be open until 19:30, and guests were required to notify the staff 20 minutes in advance to have it heated. I arrived at 18:30 and spent some time looking for the staff. When I finally found them at 18:45, they informed me they would not turn the sauna on for me. Instead of offering a solution, they started shouting at me, saying I should have called earlier or mentioned it in the morning—none of which is stated in the rules regarding the sauna. To make matters worse, another employee made very unpleasant and rude comments in Slovak, assuming I wouldn't understand. The staff member herself continued yelling at me, asking why I didn't call, implying that it was my fault. I find it unacceptable to treat guests this way, especially those who require minimal attention throughout the day, only having breakfast before heading out for the slopes for the whole day and not causing any inconvenience (in comparision to other guests being drunk and noisy until 3am). This level of service and disrespectful attitude is simply unacceptable. There are plenty of beautiful places around, I will not come back there and not recommend it.”

    “First of all the cleanliness of the location is impecable! Rita holds the house at an outstanding level of cleaning that's why she does it every day in your room and all of the house. Rita and her husband were great hosts very kind and helpful. We liked the special ski boot wordrobe that's very hot for the ski boots(it was great to put your legs in the morning in hot ski boots), also the ski luggage room is ok and roomy. The free ski bus pickes you up exactly from the front of the house and leaves you in the same place. The gondola is 2-3 minutes by bus so it's very convenient.”
