    “The staff here at Iroriyado Hidaya are AMAZING! We were warmly, kindly welcomed the moment we walked in and were treated like family the entire time we were there. We really appreciated the effort they went to in making us feel at home and their efforts with speaking & understanding English, as we know this is a very difficult language to learn. The Ryokan was old but beautifully maintained and laid out. The facilities were great, though we had cold days, the rooms stayed nice and warm. The only difficulty we faced was the location, as it wasn't very close to the train station and there isn't any public transport available. The Onsen was great, separate rooms for men & women which was good, and they include amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, brushes and moisturiser. The breakfast experiences we had were fantastic, both from the delicious food and friendly service from the staff. It truely felt like a traditional, Ryokan experience and we loved every second of it! We highly recommend this accommodation and would absolutely stay here again!”
