    “The surroundings are exceptional. The rooms were like my Grandma’s house (except cleaner). The breakfast was OK, but not exceptional. There is no point complaining about the price, because this is an expensive area.”

    “Very close to the beach in a vacation park, a nice and clean modern room with a marine color touch. We stayed for a total of 4 nights and even got to know Ellen & Marcel who have us lots of tips about the area in genereal and about nice places to have dinner. By bike it's only 15 minutes to the center of Den Hague and around 45 Minutes to Delft, which is also worth a visit. The cycle way along the west coast starts right after the gates of the vacation park. Since it was still cold at the end of march we didn't use our small garden terrasse that much but it's nice to sit outside for sure or to store the bikes at night.”

    “We had a wonderful 3 night stay on "the donk" with lovely views over the fields full of ducks, geese and swans. Even though we weren't that lucky with the weather all the days the area is really nice to take a walk along the small rivers, go cycling, visit Rotterdam or even drive to Biesbosch nature reserve and explore the area by bike. The breakfast was sooo good and with a lot of attention to detail. At night it is very quiet and in the morning the first thing you might hear are the chickens behind the house or some pigeons in the nearby trees. The room was very clean and the colors and furniture all had a certain special touch that we really liked.”
