A bit friendlier staff. Lady that works there is always in the hostel but she is a bit unfriendly at least to me. But she does do her job.

they didn't provide us with a key, every time to enter we had to ring the bell, "disturbing" the lady who works there, even in late night. They could probably buy a new hairdryer, as the one she gave me doesnt really work. When you are out of the room, i had the impression that the lady keep observing you (maybe she is afraid we would break something or do something wrong?!)

The hostel was very clean, and very central. All in all i recommend to stay here

Čudno zujanje rano ujutru(rotaciona pegla iz 70'), fali toalet(wc) papir, samo dva produžna kabla od 5m, glavni ulaz zgrade nema bravu tako da može svako i svakakvi ulaze i da izlaze na zadnja vrata koja su širom otvorena. I sto moram da svaki put da zvonim da uđem u objekat

Bus 4(Liman IV-- CENTAR-Ž. STANICA) staje blizu smeštaja samo što morate da odete do prve stanice pravo ka Bulevaru jer tu Bus skuplja putnike umesto sa stajališta kod Autobuske-Železničke stanice. Smeštaj je u sam centar grada, što je odlična lokacija. Bus linija 17 ide za Big(mall) tržni centar.

Good choice for a solo traveler. Especially if you're on a budget. A nice woman at reception can solve all your problems without any English. The old town is 5 minutes away and a cool place to have breakfast right below.

We received only one towel per person. It would be good to get two, one for showering and one for the face. There should be a third one in the bathroom to dry hands with. It should be avoided to vacuum the facilities before 10 am since the room is not isolated and one can hear the noise.

The bathroom and toilet were extremely dirty and smelly.

The hostess was very kind. The room was decently clean. The hostel is located about 15 minutes' walk from Spence, the place where concerts are held.

The signage on the place could be better, it wasn't super clear if we were in the right place. The older lady that answers the door doesn't speak English, which can make things slightly difficult. Although she can ring someone else if you need to speak English.

We had a private room, which was spacious and came with a balcony. The owner/manager went out of her way to help us.

Spacious dorm room. bathroom opposite dorm, with toilet, sink, shower. Shower has good power and hot water. Hooks in bathroom to hang towel/clothes. Window in room. Bed sheets provided, towel provided. Free, good speed WiFi. Free tea/coffee available. Cafes/restaurants near by. In the heart of the 'old town'. Nice comfy lounge.

No lifte/elevator to hostel. The main staff member speaks no English. There seems to be only one bathroom/toilet. No key offered to enter hostel. Matrus on dorm bed a little hard.

A nice small quiet hostel in Novi Sad's 'old town' close to the main square and padestrian walking street with shops, cafes, restaurants. 5 minute walk to the main street with local buses to/from the main city and inter-city bus station. Hostel only has 2 or may be 3 dorm rooms. I was in a spacious 8-bed mixed dorm and was given a bottom bunk. Bed had sheets, and pillow with pillow case. Plug socket near bed. Lockers near bed. 2 tables in dorm room, one chair. Window could be opened to let in air. Small bathroom with toilet, sink and shower is opposite the dorm room. Shower had hot water and good power. Lots of toilet paper available and hand soap on sink. Rubbish bin in dorm. Free good speed Wifi in dorm and throughout the hostel. Hostel on 1st floor. Nice large comfy lounge with large leather armchairs, also tv in lounge. Small balcony to sit and enjoy the sun and have tea/coffee, free on request. Famous Cafe Kombinat outside downstairs. Main door to the building is never locked. Hostel main door is locked. Press a button next to door to be admitted. A nice, friendly lady who speaks no English, is always in hostel. Another lady who does speak English is there most mornings. Petrovaradin Fortress is a 20 minute walk or 2 stops on the number 3 bus. It's free to enter. The Danube River is roughly 400 metres distance.
