It is quite a standard FourPoints. Not an issue per se, but not where I would stay if looking for "charachter".

It is a solid business hotle in Kigali. The shower after weeks in East Africa made my day!

I preferred the hotel breakfast over the breakfast that was offered by the conference I was attending. That is how good it was. And the location was excellent, I felt safe walking around by myself.

Could not find a single thing that I did not like while on my stay.

I love the location. Just about 3/4 minutes walk to Marriott Hotel where I had a program. The staff were extremely friendly and both check-in & check-out were easy as slipping my flip flops. The hotel had a delightful ambiance that was filled serenity, relaxation and mostly the at-home feeling like. It was really home-away-from-home. The breakfast was great. There were varieties to choose from i.e. fresh breads, cereals, fruits, vegetables, waffles, pancakes etc. just name it and it's there. Hmmm the coffee and the Rwandan lemon tea were heaven. The rooms were squeaky clean that I could literally have eating anything that falls on the floor....smiles. Towels are always fresh and crisp.

Food choices at the menu could be expanded to include a bit more.

The location was good, about 15 mins walking distance to downtown. Several hotels were located in the vicinity as well. Hotel staff were very hospital and professional. Everyone from airport pick up and drop, to check in and check out at reception, to staff supporting the meeting and those serving at the restaurants (breakfast and lunch). A special mention to Anitha and Sharon at reception, Eric at the dining restaurant, and William and Jacob during airport pick up and drop. It was a wonderful stay.

I had an incredible four-night stay at Four Points by Sheraton in Kigali. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable, organizing a delightful birthday surprise at no extra cost. The location is excellent, and Queen, the guest relations agent, was instrumental in coordinating my birthday celebration. Kudos to in-room attendants Oscar and Louise for their exceptional service. Everything, including breakfast, was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel!

The air-conditioning during the day was not so good. It could be better.

The availability of the buffet till late... Really appreciate it especially because we got in late and were super hungry most evenings and the food was really nice.

The first room we were assigned was not cleaned properly but the hotel staff were very prompt in assigning us a new room.

One situation that I experienced, I tried to extend my stay the night before I left, I asked the lady who was at the reception and she told me that it was too difficult and that I should try the website or wait until my stay was finished and then book as a new guest... Not good for business!

Staff is well trained, friendly, knowledgeable, consistent in their approach, from the security personnel at the entrance, passing by the concierge, the people at the reception, the bar, the restaurant, the executive chef and his team. A delightful stay.
