“We messaged twice before arrival to confirm that the booking was 5 people and we need a 2 room and a 3 room. They confirmed that was what we booked.
When we arrived there was only 2 beds in each room so we called the customer service number (it was closed) and sent a message through booking.com but there was no response.
Unfortunately I didn’t think to check the booking.com messages to look for an emergency number, and I don’t speak Swedish to know what “journr” means
The next day we asked for a refund of the difference between a 3 bed room that we paid for, and the 2 bed room that we received. They only offered 150kr back and then stopped replying
