1. There are no hand shower in washroom 2. There are no restaurant where Bangladeshi food available. Most of the nearby restaurants are China Food. I had to go other places to have lunch and dinner and find food. The distance is very much far from Hotel

1. Room: As per my view Room was good but not excellent and Room Rent it very high than other hotel nearby. 2. Location: Not good for BANGLADESHI Travelers to stay there. Coz There are no restaurant where Bangladeshi food available. IF any one enjoy Chinese or other food than its a good place to stay for look around. I would not suggest Bangladeshi Tourist to stay there. 3, Breakfast: I found Breakfast is excellent. 4. NO hand shower in washroom

Very flexible and 100% worth money. The location is also convenient and in the centre for everything. Staff is supportive and very pleasant. Just book and enjoy no second thoughts

The lobby is not well ventilated because it’s not airconditioned.

The stuffs were very helpful especially margie however we were not satisfied with the accommodation the towels doesn’t smells freshly washed when we used them the smell stayed in our skin because of the foul odor.

Water luke warm most of the time, the machine for humidity is full in the middle of the night so you have to wake up and empty the bucket, breakfirst very mid and not enough chairs for everyone when busy hours

No porter to help with luggage, one of the staff members didn't know what he was doing and blamed us for it ( very young man with glasses) and said something in his language. The rooms were very smelly. And the breakfast wasn't great. One good thing was that they looked after our luggage when we went to do sightseeing after check out.

I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The shower was a major issue – it started with hot water, but every night it would suddenly turn cold halfway through. Definitely not ideal for a relaxing experience after a long day. Additionally, finding the hotel was a real struggle, especially if you're relying on the subway. The location is tricky to navigate and not well-connected to public transport, which made it stressful and time-consuming to get to. Lastly, I found the hotel to be significantly overpriced for the quality. With the amount I paid, I could have easily stayed at a much better place with more reliable amenities and a more convenient location. Would not recommend.

Staff is very unfriendly. The rooms have no noise protection at all. You can hear all the pipes and drains. You can hear if your neighbour is showering or on the toilet. You can't use the AC as the drain will be constantly making noise. It's just awful and impossible to have a good night sleep.
