We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Well-located - lots of good food options close by. Easy to get a taxi in the mornings.

Sri LankaThe humidity of the room makes the floor wet when we switch off or reduce A/C. But they have a humidifier. So make sure not to turn them off when staying.
Everything was perfect. The place is very much convenient to visit tourist sites. It is just next to the bus stop. And the everyday breakfast was very tasty. We liked it very much. The room was very clean and good smelling. We really enjoyed staying 6 nights at your hotel.

AustraliaAverage hotel. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and tidy. Breakfast was included, but somewhat chaotic being in small dining room and not a lot of space to move around. We definitely didn’t find it a relaxing way to start the day. I would say our main issue though was the sound. You could hear the neighbours opening doors, alarms going off or even them using their bathroom. Having said that, if you are not a light sleeper, the hotel is in a good location and an okay stay for a short visit.

AustraliaThe bedside phone did not work and I complained just after checking in, it was still not working when I checked out after a two night start. A smoke alarm went off early in the morning and I had no way of knowing if it meant I was to evacuate or not. Other people who were staying said it was in their room and no one was available to advise how to turn it off. The hotwater system needed to be turned on before use and the instructions were inadequate so the first night I had a cold shower.
The room was ok. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The room had a window. The room was spacious enough for my luggage. Shampoo etc was provided.

ItalyMy flight was early. I asked them at 6:45 am if i could get a coffe before leaving. They denied me a cup of coffe because breakfast starts at 7:00am. They denied me a small cup of coffe while the waitress had a plate full of food for them with the breakfast area all set up with drinks and food.Very rude people. Side note. We were supposed to enter the hotel the 20th, however our incoming flight was delayed. We were scheduled to fly the day after. So we arrived at the hotel the 21st. We paid a full night with breakfast without enjoying the benefits.

AustraliaWhen I booked, the listing stated that all fees and taxes were included but they added them on top. Staff denied this and refused to address it. We asked for a double bed yet were given two singles. The breakfast was terrible and even though the tiny restaurant was full of people, a staff member (manager?) was having his breakfast and guests had to wait to eat. Wouldn't ever stay again.
