Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Old hotel, good location but expensive for what it is. Breakfast was poor - very basic and lacked options, and not enough tables. I had to share on a small table with another couple.
Well-located - lots of good food options close by. Easy to get a taxi in the mornings.

The humidity of the room makes the floor wet when we switch off or reduce A/C. But they have a humidifier. So make sure not to turn them off when staying.
Everything was perfect. The place is very much convenient to visit tourist sites. It is just next to the bus stop. And the everyday breakfast was very tasty. We liked it very much. The room was very clean and good smelling. We really enjoyed staying 6 nights at your hotel.

Arrived late night flight, all we wanted was to sleep there from 1am to 7am. Unfortunately when we opened the 4 floor lift there was a party on that floor that went all thru the morning. Bugger all sleep.

Location
The hotels is good but staff needs to be more friendly and flexible.when we booked the room we requested for family which means for two adults and two children however they gave us both rooms with twin beds. It’s obvious for family what type of beds are required

Average hotel. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and tidy. Breakfast was included, but somewhat chaotic being in small dining room and not a lot of space to move around. We definitely didn’t find it a relaxing way to start the day. I would say our main issue though was the sound. You could hear the neighbours opening doors, alarms going off or even them using their bathroom. Having said that, if you are not a light sleeper, the hotel is in a good location and an okay stay for a short visit.

Towel is a bit yellow , otherwise clean Corridor has an unpleasant smell , but not in the room .
excellent location , only 3 mins walk to Bugis MRT , staffs are nice.

The bedside phone did not work and I complained just after checking in, it was still not working when I checked out after a two night start. A smoke alarm went off early in the morning and I had no way of knowing if it meant I was to evacuate or not. Other people who were staying said it was in their room and no one was available to advise how to turn it off. The hotwater system needed to be turned on before use and the instructions were inadequate so the first night I had a cold shower.
The room was ok. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The room had a window. The room was spacious enough for my luggage. Shampoo etc was provided.

Musty smell. The lack of a window makes the mold feel ticky, luckily you have an air purifier in the room but even so it doesn't cope enough, it's a bit hard to sleep at night with it on

My flight was early. I asked them at 6:45 am if i could get a coffe before leaving. They denied me a cup of coffe because breakfast starts at 7:00am. They denied me a small cup of coffe while the waitress had a plate full of food for them with the breakfast area all set up with drinks and food.Very rude people. Side note. We were supposed to enter the hotel the 20th, however our incoming flight was delayed. We were scheduled to fly the day after. So we arrived at the hotel the 21st. We paid a full night with breakfast without enjoying the benefits.

When I booked, the listing stated that all fees and taxes were included but they added them on top. Staff denied this and refused to address it. We asked for a double bed yet were given two singles. The breakfast was terrible and even though the tiny restaurant was full of people, a staff member (manager?) was having his breakfast and guests had to wait to eat. Wouldn't ever stay again.
