The cooling system (it was air condition) was working without pause and without considering the temperature of the room even if we had set it on 26 degrees, so the room was a little bit too cool for us.

Very nice spot and a very nice value for money hotel. The breakfast was pretty nice for that hotel. I recommend it if you do not want to spend much money at a hotel.

Hot water in the shower, was a weird setup, which didn't seem to work for us.

Location was excellent and compared to other hotels we looked at, great value for money. We really liked the breakfast buffet, but you had to be early to be able to sit inside. Rooms were small, but comfy to move around and very comfy beds. Bugis shopping maal/street very close, heaps of dining posibillities around and in every style imaginable. 10 min walk to subway. Everywhere we went we saw these orange juice vending machines, with freshly squeezed juice, ther was one right around the corner from the hotel, best OJ ever and so refreshing on a hot day. Only 1 keycard to enter the room and this keycard was put in a holder to power the room. So when one person goes out, the other one falls asleep in the room, you'd have to wake them up to open the door. So i used my Korean traincard to put in the keycard holder and that worked too.

The rooms are pretty small, but as I understood, is something general in Singapore. You can not open the window in the room, so for fresh Air, you can only use the AC. There was a pretty rude/direct lady at the breakfast (I suppose she is the Manager).

The location was great, the rooms comfortable and clean. Breakfast changed each day.

Cold showers were not favoured. You had to have a shower either early in the morning or before 6pm to get hot water.

The location is spot on. The staff are so helpful. The rooms are good, but we didn’t know that we booked a room with no window as it did not say. The bed and the room was clean and had everything that we needed, a window as an option would have been good.

my room was spacious for Singapore and the staff were very helpful. My flight was cancelled unexpectedly and the staff kindly allowed me more check out time to sort out the issue.

The room was quite small and a bit dim, even with all the lights on. It was fine for an overnight stay but I would not want to stay in a room that size for more than one night unless I was on my own,

They didnt have a bidet and the staff in the restaurant didnt assist me when I lost my retainers. It was wrapped in tissue paper and they didnt try and check.

Chinese noodles in the breakfast is a kind of oily.

Hotel room was ready in 2pm, I was surprised my room was upgraded to a family room which was very spacious including the bathroom. The room was clean with comfort. Location is close to MRT and all eating places.

Since the weather in Singapore is warm and humid, I was hoping to have an air conditioning in the room. It only has, I think it was an air humidifier and wasn’t cooling the room enough during hot days.

The room was very clean and spacious for me. The staff were friendly and helpful when I ask for directions to go around the city. They allow me to leave my luggage while waiting for my room to be clean and ready for check in. Wasn’t able to experience the breakfast as I have to leave early for my flight.
