Everything was amazing! First, the location is a stone's throw away from Bugis Junction Mall and very close to the Bugis MRT (blue and green line). When we arrived, we were greeted by the receptionist who graciously accommodated us for an early check in! We were so overjoyed! The room that we got was a triple sharing room - size was good..considering most room sizes for this price category. The rooms are regularly cleaned and was very comfortable. Breakfast was good too! But it was more suited for asians (fried rice, noodles, dumplings..yum)...those looking for a continental style breakfast might find options for them a bit less. This is a great place for people travelling to SG for the first time as its near so many things! I would definitely return and stay here again :)

Well, I didn't like that I didn't have a window in my room, mainly because I wasn't closer to a window room.

I loved the breakfast I was served during my stay here. Room service was always on time, and the hotel's location was very central to the conference venue I was visiting during my stay in Singapore. This hotel's location was also central to many of the tourist locations I ended up visiting in Singapore. The staff of the hotel were all friendly and helpful at all times.

Great location within few-minute walking distance to Bugis Station. Room was ok size considering the central location in Singapore. Spent 3 nights there and happy with the simple buffet breakfast (they do change menus a bit). I asked a quiet room and they did get me one on opposite side of the main road, which was good. Overall great value!

petty things though, mostkly subjective or relative to the person rather than objective, can't have it all! Nothing's perfect, people are people!

The location is excellent, very near MRT. Breakfast is OK but all the same for the 3 nights we stayed at the hotel. Room is adequate and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We could have stayed longer but at that time there were no available rooms (that's what they said, though!) so we had to look for another hotel, luckily there was one very near Park more so it is a lot nearer to the MRT station. Staff were OK. Overall, we had a great time in Singapore, I worked in Singapore way back 1994, since then a lot have changed! I love Singapore!

The restaurant could have been a bit bigger.

The breakfast was ok. There was an adequate choice of food. The hotel was busy and the restaurant did not appear big enough to accommodate many guests. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff weren’t the friendliest, and the hotel was quite dated. For Singapore, this hotel wasn’t the greatest. Very basic, but suitable for a base.
