Beds are very firm. I know this is normal for Thailand but a softer mattress would have made everything above par.

When we arrived at the properly we were told that it is strictly prohibited to smoke and eat strong smell goods like durian. I feel this is to be mentioned on the booking site and the fines for it. We didn’t have much problem as we would go down and have a smoke.

Ideally located in Bangkok, Lumphini. We would walk out the inside street and catch a cab to move around. Many malls and things to do in the areas around.

The pool was not a relaxing environment.

Good location close to BTS and shopping mall sky walk access. The staff were polite and attentive. The hotel is very well presented. Room service offered and a handy vending machine for drinks.

Our original room was under renovation, and we could not stay in the room we got first night for the entire trip, and had to change room during our stay

Lower rooms have very limited/sad view and rooms do not have terrace neither balcony. Room was on the north-east side, so not even one ray of sunlight the whole day. Rather long walk or heavy traffic if you want to reach more restaurants or supermarkets.

Location to Sukumvit Area is excellent, short distanced. Very clean room.

Compared to the other customers’ experience and photos, our room’s furnitures were a bit out dated.

We stayed for a night just before our flight back. During checkin they upgraded our room for a bigger one. Room size is spacious and everything was practical. Breakfast was good.

No Nespresso machine. We had to rearrange some of the furniture so it's more comfortable in the living room area. Can't smoke on the balcony. They forgot the bath robes

-One thing is the balcony is small and you are not allowed to smoke in it. - I wish in future they add international cable channels or Netflix , etc and upgrade the tv with modern flat screen tv.

-Good location, in the middle of everything. -The rooms are huge with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. - room, toilets, and the hotel it self is super clean. -The staff are friendly and helpful.

This property need a renovation. The room smelled molded Had to change it. Waited in lobby for 40 min Got similar less molded room. We were too tired to complain again .

Furniture are bit old and out dated

Location is good ! Shopping centers and BTS station are accessible by foot within 5-8 mins Our 2 bedroom suite are spacious and clean well equipped with microwave, kettle, fridge and last but not lease Washer and Dryer which is important to us for long stay guest.

Language skills of staff on reception were not as good as expected. Asked what bus to take to Wat Pho and staff struggled to understand location, even when showing on map. Would advise not asking staff to book taxis and other transport and to rely on Grab, which worked perfectly.
