  “My stay at this hotel was quite unpleasant. The cleanliness was seriously lacking — the sheets had stains and hair on them, and the shower drain was clogged with so much hair that the water wouldn’t drain properly. Completely unacceptable for a hotel of this category. The breakfast was also a major letdown. Very limited selection, poor quality, and there wasn’t even a toaster available, which is something you’d expect as a basic option. The only good thing I can say is that the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the nice service doesn’t make up for the poor condition of the facilities.”

  “We received much more service for the price we paid. Massage and transfer are arranged by the reception staff. room service is fast. The rooms are spacious and well designed. It makes you feel comfortable like being at home. And knowing that the car we rented was safe in the parking lot made me sleep comfortably. If I come to Turkey again, I will definitely come here again. and advice for visitors: the sunset view from the pool with slides is wonderful. There is a children's playground built on the grass. It is the most suitable hotel in Pamukkale for families. Visitors from many different countries stay here. The bed was comfortable and the shower was comfortable.”

  “check in and check out were completed without wasting any time. time is money. they offered coffee before our pamukkale trip, thank you for your interest. breakfast is adequate and items are kept warm… btw very enjoyable to spend time in the garden in the evening :) 🍻😎”

  “This hotel was within walking distance of all the activities..the hot air balloon rides, the travertine terraces and quaint restaurants with all the delicious Turkish cuisine. It was so very reasonably priced, close to a supermarket and very friendly staff. I would definitely book here again.”
