Facilities were first class, everything is thought of. Food was excellent in all restaurants. Recommend to book early if you wish to eat in the ala carte restaurants they book up fast. Room was spacious and very clean, cleaning staff were polite and efficient.

The breakfast buffet was awesome. Lots of variety, plenty of things for my kids to eat, the fruit was fresh and delicious. I also really liked communicating with the Guest Relations team via the WhatsApp chat. They were able to fulfill any requests through the chat and answer any questions I had. It was great!

I can't think of anything that was missing.

Amazing place, my family and I didn't have to leave the resort for the week we stayed there. There were multiple activities being organised every day and plenty of variety of sports, fun stuff to do. not a very major issue, design of some places were a bit old shcool but i cannot say it was bad.

Honestly everything was very good. we had a very nice check in and as we arrived early they let us have breakfast till we get the room. food and buffet was very good. good resturants they had. very nice pool. we were there in off season time but still most of the stuff were open. my room was quiet, with good view of sea and also quiet big. we had wonderful coctails and drinks, spa was quiet good. clean ness was very good. staff were super friendly, even there were an iranian lady named sahar for iranian guest whom were very helpful and nice. everything was super good. definitely recommend it.

The bed was making a lot of noise when you moved, which was waking our (sick) baby every time we moved. Apart from the breakfast, the food was average quality. There was a lot of choice but the quality you expect from a 5 star wasn't there. Last year we stayed at a cheaper hotel where they had less options but better quality. We'd prefer that.

Everywhere was spotless, cleanliness was top most level. Amazing staff. The location is very near the airport which makes it very convenient. The breakfast choices and quality was great. The heated swimming pool was a blessing because the weather wasn't nice. Breakfast was excellent.

Super clean resort, beautiful spacious rooms, wonderful spa and pools, lush green lawn and open spaces. Plenty of activities, great selection of cocktails and other high quality beverages. Great food, amazing staff and in particular to mention a few, at the Front desk Oguzhan & Sevim, at the Restaurants Gomze was super friendly, served us with a big smile and not to forget the entertainment team Dadu, Amigo and the 3rd gentleman (can’t recollect his name), all 3 were passionate in what they were doing’ simply fantastic. Overall we had a 10/10 stay!

We loved our comfortable room, beautifully prepared and very clean. The guest relation department was increadibly helpful and organised wonderful birthday surprise for my husband. The location of the hotel was convinient with short walk to the beach and shopping area. I would also like to highlight Gizem from kids club, she was very positive and enthusiastic. She did some magic, as my son couldn't stop speaking about her :)

As a supporter of eco and environment , also sustainability with their promotion of We Care All / Green seeing plastic straws being in the glasses (even I didn’t ask for one) and cutlery being packed in paper package was a bit off vibe to all “green” agenda which I liked to support. Bikes should be offered to main building guests too imho. Auditorium had some entertaining during our short stay but I really hoping to see more high end shows. It is just 18 min drive from airport so considering offering 3 times per day a free shuttle bus to hotel and back to airport would be really convenient! We never seen any tour offers during our stay like horse riding experience , or boat experience , or something as to visit ancient city or similar, would be a nice addition. PlayStations are NOT connect to Network and barely usable (it is sad since those there are from last generation) Room service was good but some utensils and toiletries won’t been added at second room cleaning (fresh bathrubs, new teeth paste, sleepers) Bathroom in Deluxe Twin Room with blur trick glass window was cool but inconvenient since the switch button was actually outside and my family literally “played” around it with me lol. I don’t want imagine what a girl or boy would be going through bullying partner or group of friends :) this has to be fixed ASAP :) No refreshers in WC even though fresh ventilation is there some refreshing scent would be nice touch.

Really loved the beach, the promptness of hotel team, the food variety is great, a la carte restaurants are a big plus to the main chain, terrific beach view to the Taurus mountains. Maintenance of hotel was top. Sport wise lots of activities to try, we LOVED fly yoga and cinema! A consulate of my country at the entrance of hotel! (Austrian)

Being a very picky traveller, I can say Barut Lara is one of the best resorts I've visited. Kudos to the team and management! As a manager I really see the excellence of the processes they have in place. Second spring in a row they provide excellent service and facilities for my family. The territory is huge and well kept, heated pool is lovely for sunny days off season, dining is awesome, especially an outdoor a la kart restaurant Kuyu opened all day without reservations. All staff is very well trained and is super nice and helpful. This was our second stay and I am sure we will visit again next spring. Like last year, we were provided with complimentary early check in and late check out, which was extremely helpful when travelling overnight flights with a toddler. Big thanks! Guest Relations team is available in WhatsApp chat through the day and is actually pretty helpful (very rare case in turkish resorts). Btw they have all that you need for babies/toddlers, so don't bother carrying much from home, you can ask them to provide what's needed.

I didn’t like that the spa employees tried to upsell us multiple times while we were enjoying lounging by the pool.

We would have loved to use the spa, but the prices are probably about triple the price one would pay in the UK for the equivalent treatments.

Wonderful and friendly service by the resort staff who are always so attentive and helpful. The kids club called Bary Star (special mention to Inci, Sayda, Gulperi and Gizem for being amazing) and catering staff deserve a special mention for really taking the time to get to know us and providing superb support throughout the trip. The food, drinks and facilities are all excellent and you feel really comfortable and safe at the resort. The cleaning staff also went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in our rooms, as we had a few special requests that they were kind enough to help us with. I'm sure we will come again in the future.

Everything was great!

We got upgraded to penthouse suite with hot tub jacuzzi, hammam and steam room. Jacuzzi was amazing! Also room service was free with this suite with a decent menu available 24hrs. Guest relations were also always helpful and so were all staff.
