    “Facilities were first class, everything is thought of. Food was excellent in all restaurants. Recommend to book early if you wish to eat in the ala carte restaurants they book up fast. Room was spacious and very clean, cleaning staff were polite and efficient.”

I also really liked communicating with the Guest Relations team via the WhatsApp chat. They were able to fulfill any requests through the chat and answer any questions I had. It was great!”

    “Receptionist straight start to ask me for more money to upgrade my room. Wich I didn't ask... Noone explain where to go.... all they was expecting of me is more money. Wich is so bad when yust arrive. Food is ok. Room I get was without balcony(extra cost 20€ per day for balcony). Drink is very bad quality. Staff in hotel is friendly. But I'll wount come back! For that amount of money u can get better hotel. Unfortunately is not 5 stars. Maximum 3.”
