Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyIt's a minor thing, but I would recommend starting the evening show just a bit earlier.
Our room was upgraded to a Family Room, which was a wonderful and thoughtful surprise from the hotel. It made our stay feel special, as all of the kids could sleep in their own area, separate from the adults, while still being in one suite. I also want to highlight the food quality; it was truly delicious.

United States1. Some of the staff could be rude at times-- front desk, guest services. They need a bit more customer service training. 2. The massage/spa attendants are very pushy. They are like used cars salesmen. Trying to push their product and get you to pay immediately once you sign up even if your appointment is still days away so it'll be harder to get a refund if you decide to cancel. Although I had a great massage. The price was a bit expensive. 3. Since the rooms are not carpeted, the hotel should provide slippers. Bathrobes are available but in most hotels I've stayed, bathrobes come with slippers. 4. My wife got sick at midnight and we had to call a hotel doctor which recommended us to go to the hospital. The hospital was on the other side of town, 35 minutes away. I'm not sure how a person could survive if it was a more critical emergency. I'm told there were other hospitals much closer. I don't know why they sent us so far away. 5. Pool and beach chairs gets filled up quickly. People would put their towels on the chairs and disappear for hours. I wish there is a way to prohibit that so those who want to use the pool or beach will have a place. 6. They serve food almost all hours of the day, except between 4pm and 7pm. They should have another snack time from 4-7pm before dinner started. 7. Dinner starts at 7pm. For those who don't like to eat late, they should start serving dinner at 6pm. 8. They don't provide currency exchange. Perhaps they are not authorized to, but if that's the case they should have a bank install an ATM onsite. The nearest ATM is at the main road, maybe 700+ meters away. 7. TVs in the rooms are small. C'mon, invest in larger TVs and provide more English channels. 8. Wine selection could be improved. The house wine was disappointing to say the least, and ruins the themed dinner-- whether in the buffet or a la carte restaurant. 9. Bathroom amenities are a bit short.
1. Great location. Oceanside but a long walk between the building and the beach, which is true for all beaches along this strip. 2. Good soundproofing of windows. Most of the outside noise was blocked out. 3. Excellent food buffet style. Breakfast has great choices of salads and many types of food. They have theme nights for dinner-- seafood, Italian, international, Turkish, Asian, etc.-- all you can eat. 4. Very nice housekeeping staff. Every day she made decorations with towels in the room. One instance she put flower petals on the bed and another she put petals on the bathroom sink. 5. Large pool. 6. There is an area in the beach that is roped off exclusively for hotel guests. 7. Large open green grassy space. 8. There is a themed a la carte restaurant if one chooses not to have buffet. They have theme nights - Turkish, Fish (at the top floor with nice view from the balcony), Italian. It's a set menu except for the main dishes. You have to choose your main course among 4-5 choices. Usually dinner consists of a starter, salad, soup, main, and dessert. 9. Well maintained facilities. Well manicured gardens.

United KingdomNo great dislikes.
Hotel was large and well maintained. Room was spacious and clean. The all-inclusive buffet was Great ! There were so many food options to choose from (especially desserts) with many healthy food choices also provided. The private beach area had many chairs and was clean. Finally, the staff overall were quite responsive and friendly. Overall, a great value for the price.

GermanyI lived in the room 1521. It's very close to the stairs and elevator hall, and you can hear everything that is happening there. Considering that the elevator makes a loud noise every time it stops at your floor, that was rather annoying.
Everything was great. The room is clean an comfortable, the variety of dishes is impressive, the WiFi works great. But take into account that I stayed in the end of February, so the hotel was half empty.

South AfricaFor a five star resort the property does not provide hair conditioner, hand & body cream, cotton buds & tissue paper. These are generally provided even by most four star hotels / resorts, even some three star facilities provide these complimentary items. The rooms are not sound proof, I complained of plumbing sounds everytime someone used the bathroom in the room above us, they sent a maintenance guy to ask us where the problem us. It was difficult to explain to him due to language barrier. Eventually he referred us back to reception. Booking.com were of little help aswell. They also referred us back to the hotel. Needless to say we only slept the people in the room above us were out and were not using the bathrooms. The noise of the flushing toilets & running water throughout the noise was extremely disturbing. Resorted to earl plugs. We stayed in room 1710. Limited range of Non-alcoholic beverages & mocktails. Soft drinks available, however the only suitable drink with low sugar is cola light, even though Coca cola manufactures other low sugar soft drinks the hotel does not have any other options available for guests. The kids club had interesting programme of pizza & cookie making however all that was made on the day was beaded bracelet. Other than that the entertainment staff do try to keep the guests engaged and are the highlight of the resort. There isnt much to keep the teens entertained beside the cats which they seem to adore. The resort caters to mainly german guests , the kids songs etc were in german. My child used google translate & made a few friends and didnt want to leave the place. New years eve programme seemed to have more of a christmas theme, food was slightly dissapointing. The best part of the gala dinner was the mezdek dancers. Overall the stay felt more 3 stars, the entertainment team i would rate 5 stars & the guest relation teams a 3 star, not very helpful.
Location & the entertainment staff especially Musa & DJ. Cleaning staff cant recall his name, a very sweet guy always smiling. Food was plentiful.

United KingdomI travelled with my young daughter . I wish I'd known that this hotel was quite formal and that English speaking people don't visit. The hotel was vey focused on German and Turkish visitors which is fine of course but neither my daughter nor myself spoke to anyone for the seven days we were there. Also the beach wasn't very nice . The sand was very gritty . You are not allowed to walk along the beach just the bit that belongs to your hotel. Anatalya Airport is horrendous, this alone would put me off going again.
The hotel was lovely. Food was good.
