Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

It can be a little noisy if you want an early night
Rooms were decent, comfortable and clean. Facilities are good, the buffet was great and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Everything in this resort is exceptional, staff are very friendly, they made our stay a joy, the facilities are really excellent I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for enjoyable time in Antalya

Everything was superb! Wish we had a chance to try the spa or the entertainment centre (as our stay was short! )
Perfect family getaway…caters to everyone’s needs- babies, children, teenagers, young couples, middle aged and senior citizens… Beautiful hotel with plenty of facilities- several restaurants and bars, wonderful entertainment programs in the eve, good food with a lot of variety and a great location on the beach. Rooms clean and elegant. Staff experienced and friendly, able to understand your needs!

Food is not tasty: beer, ice cream, coffee, cocktails, desserts, etc. Not much entertainment for kids: no fountains, playgrounds. Only one pool with a little slope for babies. The mini disco was too late, many kids fell asleep before it. They don't have a cocktail bar in the main restaurant(
Kittens on the beach 😍!!! Pretty clean, modern design, fresh renovation, most locations are Instagramable, great location on the sea coast close to the airport, a lot of space, comfortable planning, variety of fresh food, facilities for kids, bowling, billiard, video games, spa, small stones on the shore, clean water, good smiley stuff etc. It was our second time in this hotel. Food is eatable.

OMG THE BEST RESORT HANDS DOWN! From the buffet to all the facilities they provide I felt like I was in paradise! Recommend this place highly for anyone travelling for a little getaway.

the food was a little plain but was still good there was one guy at the bar who discriminated against us and he was so rude we wanted to leave but we asked for the manager and the rest of the staff were great so we decided to stay the employee with the bad treatment and behaviour who refused to serve us the full time we were there was named Ekrem

This was my third time in this hotel having visited for the first time in 2015 and then in 2017. I gave it a 10 every time because all was just as it should be for a carefree family vacation where everyone can find an activity or food to their taste, and all in a very comfortable and clean setting.

Staff were super nice!! they were trying to make sure that we are having a great time!! They were very kid friendly. The reservation desk helped us with making dinner reservation as well as transportation( Mehmet, Jahan and Taran). It was my sister's Birthday and they were very kind and baked her a cake and made the dinner an amazing experience ( Zafar, Farhath, Amir). You need to try the Spa and Turkish bath , you will not regret it.

Nothing, I would have preferred going with a larger group - friends and family, it is a perfect resort for two but the facilities available (table tennis, lawn tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, water games, water slide, etc) is way more than what I could enjoy alone with my wife due to my hyperactive nature. Most of the attendants in the restaurants and bar speaks only Turkish, so I struggled a bit communicating with them but thanks to google translate, this absolutely solved the problem. The wifi in my room was not so good but that was good for me, it made me stay away from my phone in bed but it was fantastic outside of my room (bars, pool side, etc). In all truthfully, I was amazed by the quality of service and the excellence exhibited at the hotel in comparison to the amount I paid. I will recommend it to anyone and I am definitely coming back.
We were welcomed by a lovely group of staff, shout out to Tarik at the reception and Pelin at the guest relations, they among others made us enjoy our stay. A special birthday dinner was organised in my honour which was really appreciated. Our return flight was 7.50pm local time and we were allowed a late check-out without pay until 5pm (that was mega - thanks once again). Our room was so clean with a great view of the pools, water slide and ocean, we had red wine, fruits and a fridge filled with goodies. Everywhere we went there was something to eat and drink even late into the night. At the lobby Aspendos bar after dinner, the waiters kept offering us drinks. The swimming pool options are endless, meal options are fantastic, I am picky when it comes to food but I felt at home with the meal options. The shuttle service and airport transfer were smooth and seamless, the drivers were friendly and helpful, I was given a phone and a local line to go out with when I went shopping with my wife. There are beautiful and good shopping malls not too far from the resort (Antalya Mall and Deppot among others). The streets have walk ways and are safe, my wife felt comfortable walking at night. We visited second half of April and the weather was so pleasant right balance of cold and warm for someone coming from Nigeria (Africa). There was life band on one of the nights and daily night party at the club house with a lot of drinks. It was very obvious that the goal of the hotel during my stay was to satisfy my wife and I, and they did that intentionally. Mid of our stay at the hotel, an online feedback form was shared with us and our observations were immediately attended to.

- Room cleaning was suprisingly and consistently bad, some days even awful (e.g. dirty cups). Tips were given but with almost no effect. - Territory is small, evening activities are limited mostly to self-entertainment. - Bad wi-fi signal at the beach
