Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

South AfricaNot on the beach. Taxis expensive, Uber pickup not allowed. Bedroom and bathroom was small for a family. No toiletries, just dispensers for hand wash and shower gel.

United KingdomRooms not so clean. Pillows uncomfortable and bed too hard. AC turned off n fans not provided as options. Management need more training in customers service when guest have issues. Slept with windows open n noise n party till 4am.
The lobby n swimming pool was lovely. Rooms are not so updated. The bed n pillows were uncomfortable. We had a night of hell as AC was turned to hot air because they said it was winter. Winter in Turkey is different from winter in England. Coming from certain part of the work we need AC as we paid for rooms with AC and this was not the case throughout our stay. It should be mentioned according to season so guest aware. I had to sleep with windows open as no fans provided and party n noise all night till 4am. Had to make a big deal to get a fan to our room next day as I refuse to sleep another night with windows open. We were given a fan n we stayed for rest of trip. The food was good n other options. The workers 80% were nice n polite. I had one waiter served all the other white foreigners and he did not bring my order for over 30min of waiting and we had to tell him and he said he forgot about my order. He was so concentrating on certain guest than the rest of other guest. The spa was lovely and Rosa was a lovely lady and knows how to drug guest into treatment without being forceful. My mum and I was comfort with her. The other gentle man with beard and very tall was the opposite of Rosa. He was very forceful and even told me after my massage that I have problem with my arteries and need more treatment. This was very bad way n he was very forceful. My massage lady Mansura was lovely lady and very calm n friendly. I enjoyed the rest of the spa facilities. We will like to say big thank u to a particular waiter. She is call Aya and she was very professional and kind n friendly. She treated everyone with respect and kindness and made us feel welcome each time we come across her service. Grand park is good but can do with improvement n training of other staff members and look into providing options of cool air during winter for other guest who require AC. Pillows can be change as well. It’s a good hotel but can be excellent if changes made.

United KingdomThe most awful thing was the horrible state of the Restaurant Near Block H. There wasn't a variety of food at all and food was cold. The place was riddled with houseflies perching on food. The staff looked unhappy, were very unhelpful and unwelcoming. There were so many cats running amok inside the restaurant to the point where we felt harassed and sickened to our stomachs. We only discovered the great restaurant near the Lobby 3 days into our stay! Sadly, the Water Park was shut during our stay. It would've been great to experience that as it was one of the reasons, I booked the Hotel. In the Outdoor heated Pool, although the end time was 7pm, there was this elderly man who came around to tell us to leave the Pool at 6:45pm or earlier, which I found really annoying! For a huge hotel, the Swimming Pool should end by 9pm at the least!! It would be more helpful if more of the staff understood and spoke English.
The Hotel was like a whole town centre featuring, Blocks A - H, Game Arcade, Cinema, Night Club, 3 Restaurants, Multiple Pools, Soft Play Area for kids... Restaurant Near the Lobby: The food variety was incredible, it was clean, the staff were very helpful & smiling. It was an amazing experience eating there! We were presented with a fruit basket and a bottle of wine and soft drinks and our room was upgraded in celebration of our Wedding Anniversary. That was very generous and sweet of the hotel management. Thank you.🫶 Our Full-board Package included Food, Drinks, Cocktails, water, ice-cream! PopCorn was sold for €2. Housekeeping: Our Bedrooms were cleaned daily and the sheets were also changed daily when asked. They provided adequate toiletries. That was great.👍🏾 The beds were very comfortable.👌🏾 FACILITIES: The outdoor heated pool was great!!! The Cinema was cool with comfy armchairs & sofa, I watched the Movie: Trouble. We had a Pianist playing the Piano for an hour everyday at our Block. The Outdoor Swimming Pool was huge, well-lit and fantastic👌🏾 at 1.4m depth all round and I had such great fun there. The Amon Spa was wonderful!!! I had 3 massages at prices I negotiated with the Spa Staff. My Masseuse, called Swari was so professional and skillful, I booked a massage for my hubby too. The Sauna and Steam Rooms were spiced up with menthol, which I thought was great and healthy for our bodies. It was really busy. There was a constant supply of free bottled water for guests across the entire grounds of the hotel. And in our Block, we had juices and healthy blended juices at the lobby for guests! One of the Guest relations staff called Miro, was very helpful & professional.

CanadaUnfriendly staff and lack of facilities introduction upon arrival. You will get a hotel map that you are encouraged to explore yourself. Noone will tell you about facilities and what they offer and time of operations. There are only 2 slow working elevators. Staff are using guest elevator, making it even more complicated to get to the top floors. There is no organization at the restaurant to obtain a table. Guests have to personally fight for the available table to have supper. No noise isolation, can hear all outside entertainment and street noises. Need to ask for toileteroes. Otherwise, the room did not even have soap in the shower. No iron in the room This is a solid 3-star hotel and not as claimed 4 start hotel. You will get treatment and facilities for a solid 3 start hotel.
Good location. Close to tiny shops, restauranrs, coffee shops Hotel facilities such as pool, access to the beach, restaurants, gym, activities, small shops, entertainment. Beach has are with open chairs for tanning and covered area to hide from the sun. Beach also has restaurant with hotel provided food and drinks. Excursions availability Variety of Food and drinks on daily basis. Room safe Balcony with chairs and drying rack

United KingdomMain pool’s water temperature really low. Literally freezing. Main restaurant doesn’t have enough space for guests. Unless you come right at the end of breakfast/lunch/dinner time frame, you struggle to find a table to sit at. Sometimes walking with full plate for 5-10 minutes to catch someone leaving and take their place. Food was ok, but more less the same every day and there wasn’t much if you turned up by the end of session. 20 minutes to go trays a bit sad looking tbh
Nice hotel, big rooms, helpful staff. Good wifi even on the beach.

NetherlandsToo loud music around the stage (my daughter was sometimes too scared), we could also hear music late in the evening in our room (I know we could change it for a quieter option).
Clean sea and beaches, clean swimming pools, good beds, good and comfortable rooms, a big variety of food in restaurants, great kids care - kids play room, face painting, everyday activities, kids pool, evening kids disco. Amazing experience, we have very good and warm memories of our stay.
