The aqua park is boring for adults The waiters ( not all) in restaurants and bars had distinction between visitors.

Some unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Poor housekeeping had to be told what to do even after given a tip, room not tidy, bed not made properly and no replacement gowns. Buffet food is repeated so can get boring.

Good location only 20 mins from airport, private beach. Excellent facilities and activities for family. All inclusive. A la carte Turkish and Chinese very good.

The kids outdoor pool should've opened when the weather got sunny or it can be heated.

There is no iron available in the room. Hostel does offer an ironing service but there is a charge. Also if you lose your check-in wrist band you need to a deposit of 100 euro to get a new one.

I recommend this hotel for families. The staff of the hotel was nice which made our stay special. Only 25 minutes away from the airport. Food and all other services were spot on.

There's nothing not to like everything was amazing in me and my families opinion we didn't have no issue or problem while staying there.

This hotel caters for all.. it has amazing food variety also a bar serving food all night till 6am. Amazing kids club and events. There is good available buffet style right by the beach and their chicken doner stall is a must try. I would definitely recommend.

Meal times were a little hectic, even out of season.

Fabulous hotel, immaculate and staff very friendly. The room was huge and bed was very comfortable. Easy parking in the hotel car park. Indoor and outdoor heated pools out of season. Fabulous food and a huge choice to suit the majority of tastes.

It would have been nice to have things explained a bit more upon arrival by the reception staff eg timings of food and what is and isn’t available in terms of facilities. How to book a la carte restaurants - this wasn’t explained and kiosks were not open.

Just returned from my break at this stunning hotel. It is beautiful one of, if not the best hotel along the Antalya strip. Everything was hassle free, staff are all pretty amazing and go out of their way for your every need, the location is brilliant and close to most places you’ll have on your itinerary. Hamam and spa treatments were amazing, I tired a few and highly recommend the cleopatra massage. My friend John Travolta from the spa was fantastic in arranging all this and explained everything in good detail. The food is exquisite and is always being changed so variety is up there! The cleaners are all prompt abd ever so friendly. A very pleasant stay and I will be back here for sure!
