On Site entertainment from playing darts and archery during the day to the evening events were all excellent, very well organised and very well done. Great choice of food.

I wish we had longer!

The resort is amazing. We were very impressed with the high-quality offering for food and drinks. The entertainment/activity program for kids and adults is very extensive too - adults can choose from 4-5 fitness activities a day aquabike, yoga, Pilates, cross fit style programs etc through to archery, shooting and lawn games. For the kids the kids club was good with lots of activities to keep the kids busy too. The quality of the live entertainment shows (for adults and kids) was good too. You really can do as little or as much as you like activity wise - we had plans to leave the resort to explore the town but we didn't end up leaving as there was so much to do at the resort.

Main hotel building, incl. reception, is a bit older and could look a lot better. Moreover, there are extremely slow and inefficient elevators. The opening hours of several hotel facilities were inconvenient to us (e.g. aqua park, restaurants, beach bar). The staff was helpful but seemed like having expectations of receiving tips all the time (e.g. the cleaning lady directly asked for it).

Food was amazing - great variety and good quality. The staff was helpful and responsive. The beach was also nice. The evening program was really fun. There are several à la carte restaurants and they were good (e.g. sushi). The room we stayed in was modern, clean and comfortable. The hotel is vast and there plenty of things to do.

Amazing trip away at Antalya due to Lara Barut. The facilities were exceptional, nearly anything we could think of they had covered. We had a 1 year old, and the staff from Lara provided us with a cot, baby bottle steriliser, bottle warmer, bath tub. Add in beautiful pools, activities for all, shows and events for all,aesthetically cute restaurants with a variety of food for all types of people. Beach just a few mins of walk away, with personal service to your sun beds. Simply an amazing holiday, couldn’t think of any real reason to fault our stay. It was pure luxury.

We give the hotel 10 out of 10. - Super! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail for the comfort of guests. The hotel staff is attentive, friendly, polite, made our vacation unforgettable. We were pleased, Persen and Martin remembered our names (high professionalism and memory), we felt like long-awaited guests. The restaurants have a large selection of exquisite dishes, everything was deliciously prepared and beautifully served. Our room was very comfortable and always very clean. Thanks to the entire hotel staff for our vacation.

We had an amazing time here! The foods are great and there is a huge variety. The pools are clean and the beach is very well organized too! All the staff members were amazing and super fast if we had any requirements! We will definitely come back with our children too as far as I see it was super kids friendly!

Drinks at the bar on the other hand (cocktails) were mediocre at the best (and that is generous and trying to be polite!) I also dont recommend trying the "Sushi Ala Carte" restaurant.... And last but not least, the coffee was bad (sorry but I am a coffee lover). I am sure they can afford to but a better quality coffee. I also wanted to have more water sports available (jet skies, banana rides, etc) which I did not see in our beach being offered.

Service overall exceeded our expectation. "Sahar" was a great guest service agent, she was very attentive, givinga. lot of her time with positive energy and attitude. Food was overall great, desert and pastries at the Cafe' were amazing and fresh. Entertainment at night had variety and was a lot of fun! Beautiful landscape and garden, vast and beautiful. Fun slides and waterparks, beautiful and clean beach.

The staff is exceptional, we traveled with our 2yr old and felt very welcome everywhere. She enjoyed the attention and the facilities as well. We only spent 4 nights and felt like we could have stayed there for 2 weeks without gerting bored.

The AC in the room didn’t work very well the first night, but it was fixed the next morning.

The restaurants were excellent. The staff were amazing, especially the roller skate girls at the pool and Gamze at the buffet, our baby daughter loved her so much and she made dinner time very exciting for our daughter.

Booking any of the al-a-carte restaurants via the hotel app is nigh on impossible as all availability 3 days out is gone in about 2 minutes. You can get round this though by speaking directly to guest relations. Also, the restocking of the room's mini bar and providing clean glasses was a bit hit and miss but always quickly resolved when contacting reception.

Best swim up suite I've ever stayed in! Varied entertainment put on each night. Choice and quality of food in the main restaurant was excellent. Staff friendly, professional and attentive. The on-site facilities and activities were great with lots to occupy us throughout the day.

Everything, from the first impression, warm greetings , the reception sent one from guest relation to lead us to the room and explain about the hotel and asked about any specific requests. All the hotel staff are friendly and speak fluent English and other languages, the hotel felt like home , facilities and programs are great , food is delicious with wide variety

Luxury down to the finest details, very comfortable and relaxing, quality entertainment, fine dining (even in the buffet restaurant) and food was amazing. Property is large enough for everyone to find something to suit them and enjoy it fully without being disturbed by whatever else might be going on.
