The hotel is located in the very center of the old town and 30 minutes from the new center, the sea or Cumalikizik Village. Nice breakfast, clean bed linen and towels, toiletries, free parking.

There is noise from the street but it’s expected considering its location.

The location is right in the center of old town. The gentleman at reception was so wonderful and welcoming- i thought he was the owner but he said he wasn’t. Rooms are clean and simple. Shower was very nice.

Nothing really much, we chose the room because the bed size is 180x200 it says king size but it was not the size was double not even a queen size.

You can't fault this property. The room was wonderful, recently renovated in fresh cream and cool grey decor with pale timber trim, a large window overloooking the district with afternoon sun streaming in and a great view of the sunsets. The property is offset from the main road so is whisper quiet but everything is a few steps away. Breakfast was excellent, staff are helpful and very professional.

You can sense a little bit of toilet smell (probably, you can’t avoid this if the building itself is old) even the bathroom is very clean though, For me, it was no problem when closing the door.

The location, easy parking (free parking at a parking building in the front of the hotel), very clean room, and so friendly staffs.

Very well manager hotel. Fantastic rooftop restaurant for breakfast. Staff extremely friendly and helpfull. In this busy and bustling area in old town getting a free parking is a great service.

Hello guy, we're absolutely recommend this place as for your stay in Bursa. The place located in likely private street and nice window view of the old city, and also close by Historical areas and the Grand Masjid, and it super easy to get to the restaurant and (civiner) shop. We choose to stay at the "apartment" that have a warm room providing a necessary stuff, super convenient, make your holiday feel like home. Morning breakfast is well provide. I love the place of breakfast dinner. Staff are super nice, and super helpful. If you need anything, anything at all, just ask them. Can't wait for the next trip.

Fridge was not working properly (no one came to repair). Window latch was broken & there was a 15 minute power outage (luckily during the day)

Check in & out was smooth. Receptionist was helpful. Location was just what we wanted - near the Grand Mosque, Silk Market & restaurants/cafes. Room was spacious & clean. Accessible by lift.
