The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. The location is great—close to the city center with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to public transportation. There's a mall just across the main street, and the city center is only a 10-15 minute walk away, depending on your pace. The walk is slightly uphill but still manageable. The lady helping out during breakfast was very nice. Always smiling and attentive. They clean the room daily and replaced all the toilletries and towels.

A loud alarm around 6 am on one of those nights. Might have been a false alarm, yet disturbing. Nothing significant otherwise.

Very accessible from the city center. Easy to find public transportation and taxis to any part of the city. Standard Turkish breakfast with a good spread. Very polite and helpful staff. Clean and well kept. Looks like a relatively new property. Or probably have undergone renovation.

The surrounding area was very crowded and had busy streets. I wish we had a "Do Not Disturb" sign/doorknob hanger.

By Otel Nilufer was in a great location, close to many good restaurants, shops, and malls. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was great, and the breakfast staff was very friendly. The hotel staff parked my car in their underground parking lot, which was very helpful. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was good, but they could have fresh coffee instead of instant coffee. Besides that everything was good. Highly recommended.

The hotel is new. It's located in a very quiet area, easy to find. Close to the tram stop and the subway. They do breakfast in the roof floor, so you can enjoy a great view.

The room was not clean. The receptionist was not friendly. Room sound isolation was very bad, every time someone pass by the room door we wakeup. They gave us a very small room at the end of corridor even through most of the hotel rooms are larger and were empty. The room should be classified as single it was less than 15 m2 not as mentioned in the booking.

we noticed some hair on the floor and on the beds, which wasn’t very clean. Mornings were a bit disruptive as we could hear the mosque loud and early. Communication was also challenging since the staff didn’t speak English well. As for breakfast, it was okay but nothing special.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of public transportation and a shopping mall. The room is modern, well-maintained, and in excellent condition.

The bathroom was always stinking, we were staying at 2nd floor. The location is 20-25 mins walk little uphill to city Centre, although great places to eat nearby

The staff gave us early checkin which was amazing after 14 hours long journey. The breakfast was really nice! The hotel was really clean.
