“The room was in poor condition and in desperate need of refurbishment. To make matters worse, it was infested with bed bugs. I suffered numerous bites, requiring me to treat the room with bed bug bombs, replace all bedding, and wash all my clothes. Additionally, I had to purchase cortisone and anti-itch creams to cope with the more than two dozen bites I endured. This experience was both costly and incredibly distressing. It's very disappointing as it's my 4th time there and i never had any issues such as this before.”
