“I had the most amazing welcoming by Jonte! She is such an asset to this hotel. So welcoming and she remembered my name. The other staff were also so lovely!! However, just a shame I always add on breakfast when I book my rooms and realised when I went down for some reason it wasn’t included (but must have been my fault!)… Which is usually fine but would have cost a huge amount to add it on at that late stage, and was surprised to find out it’s not a buffet so you have to stand in line to order. But apart from that comfy beds, nice room, and everything I needed.”
