“Well Saturday night I was in the 5th floor next to a very loud room and it went on for a few hours and involved several rooms. I heard the front desk come to their room twice and try to quiet them down nicely and then at 1am the police showed up and calmly removed them from the premises. I was finally able to go to sleep and felt safe. I thank them for taking care of this manner”
