“The room itself was clean upon arrival. However, I stayed four nights, and the room was cleaned by housekeeping once the day before I left. I know they have days when certain floors are cleaned, but I'm not sure that works well for great guest experience. The room itself had some wear and tear in the ceiling. Further, the rooms were hollow so I could hear the people next door very clearly. A little too clearly! Overall, I felt safe and comfortable. I was a good experience, especially as I was on my own.”
