The room has not a queen size bed. They are full size. The shower head was broken and hanging down. The AC system never stop even when rich the desire temperature

Housekeeping didn’t tend to my room as they should have. The dirty towels stayed on the floor, my trash cans weren’t emptied and the coffee wasn’t replenished. I went to the lobby to get a cup of coffee with hopes they would have some complimentary but 👎. Nothing is complimentary.

The property was a great location with easy access to many different places

I wasn’t aware that you don’t serve lunch when I brought a friend with me to eat at the hotel a staff worker yelled at us and stated how are you gonna walk on my floors after I moped the floors after an awkward silence he said he was playing and advised it was because of COVID then he asked. Why we came there and I replied cause I’m staying here and we left .didnt say anything sooner I didn’t want my room or vehicle lenses with. But this interaction left bad rate in my mouth

Staff is incompetent. They or it may have been Booking.com over charged me $54.95 after we checked out. I should have been charged 231.03 after a 179.16 Wallet Credit. Room charge was $410.19. I am furious pleas a charge of $108.95 for misc charges has not been removed. I would expect to be contacted about the over charge from booking .com.

My tv didn’t work. I paid in full through booking . Then they charged my call an additional 400 dollars saying they never received payment . Now I have been calling and calling and no return call to receive my funds since I was charged twice for the stay. And when I call the lady who answered the phone was rude and saying how horrible booking.com is.

the room we were first given had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and the bed was a mess as well as the restroom. there was still takeout on the dresser from the previous guest. the second room we were given was not serviced the 3 days we were there with the exception of being given towels. when we requested the room be serviced only half of the trash was taken out and the blanket was thrown over the rolled up bed sheets the way I left them when I exited the bed in the morning. The breakfast did not include and of the items shown in the photos , not worth the $15 charge.

They put me in a room with no mini fridge. I had to keep my milk and juice on ice in the bathroom sink. Gross, Two wedding parties trashed the hallways.

The pillows and the bed were not comfortable. The pictures of the pool looked a lot nicer than the actual pool itself.

Shower was great and the sitting area was comfortable.

they had Approx 1/3 of the rooms booked yet they put me in a room that has no view. When I opened up the drapes there was a brick wall 4 feet from my window.
