Tiny shower ,I am 6’3” so I’d have to hunch over to not hit my head on the ceiling .

There are communal showers but they are not very clean. That is of no fault to the owner of this camper, just a warning. The water heater for the RV did not let water remain hot for more than 10 min at a time, so just beware. It really depends if that’s enough for your party to shower. Would not recommend for parties of more than 2. The bunk beds are incredibly thin mattress toppers. Otherwise, if you’re used to camper living, this is really convenient and nice.

It was very close to St George and Zion NP. The RV park felt safe. The main bed comfortably fit two people. Room heater and fireplace worked well. Owner was very responsive and provided clear instructions about the property.

* The kitchen blinds were bent and unattractive. * The conditioner dispenser in the shower didn't dispense. * The bunks could've used thicker mattresses. * Didn't realize the coffee machine mentioned in the amenities was a Keurig. We couldn't prepare the coffee we brought. (Would've been nice to have some coffee pods available for us to use.)

There is road noise, but it didn't effect my comfort. The shower is small and water pressure is low. Alternatively, there are larger showers in the campsite office and are available for guest use. The outdoor area around the trailer is a mix of gravel and dirt, which concerned me about tracking dirt into the trailer.

The trailer was private with the neighboring trailers being unoccupied during my stay. The trailer contains more amenities than typical hotel rooms, like a large fridge, stove and microwave. The trailer location is a short drive to a large selection of restaurants. Besides, St. George is a thriving city and is beautiful.

Sofa and dining benches were dirty. It should have more blankets specially on winter time.

It was ok. Clean and the owner was very helpful when a couple things were wrong with the unit. He was there in a few minutes and solve the issues. Great service

Broom. I wanted to sweep but was only able to find a swiffer. This is definitely not a negative, just a suggestion.

It was a bit cramped for a larger/taller person. The mattresses left a bit to be desired. There was not extra pillows, bedding in drawers.

There was construction for a couple of days nearby but that was not the fault of the property. The warm water took a long time to heat up but otherwise it was a great place to stay.

We had our own mini-space that was easy to come & go from at all hours. There was excellent air conditioning & heating available & the camper afforded us everything we needed to cook & eat at home.

The awning didn't work & the outside chairs were all busted up. Hey we managed but it would of been nice to have while having a outside BBQ with the family.

Owner was super friendly, had everything you need for a family vacation & great location. Propane grill worked great!

The trailer could use a deep clean, it has obvious water damage. It also doesn’t state it is located in a trailer park where residents live full time.

The hot water don't last very long, the neighbors truck is loud but that's fine I just work till 3 am and sleep in late, and no TV in the bedroom and there is a wall mount and TV hookup.

When I arrived the heater for the trailer wasn’t working, there was a decorative fireplace that provided a small amount of heat, but it was cold. Manager didn’t respond until midnight? The next night, said I was asleep so they couldn’t fix it. It was fixed the next day, but broke that night. 3 nights in the forties, not taken care of, very bad experience.

The campground was in a good location within easy access to virtually everything in St. George but not all residents in the campground seemed to be as concerned with the overall upkeep of their sites as did the owner of the Grey Wolf.

The camper was exceptionally clean and nicely equipped. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions in advance and was also readily available via text during our entire 4 night stay. I would highly recommend the Grey Wolf as a unique camping experience while visiting St. George!
