The air conditioning is old and very noisy, had to turn it off at night to sleep. Hotel needs maintenance, many details make it look old. The entrance is common with a bar, which have a sence of insecure.

Excelente location. Staff was kind. The room was cleaned every day.

That one staff member Alonzo was not friendly...sharp answers. Asked him for ice, he was on the phone, and forgot had to call and go down to ask what was taking so long...and hour for ice? The room was very small, not enough space for two people, we had a Queen. Had to keep our luggage on the floor to have counter space. The room was sectioned weird.

There were three staff members that were wonderful, they were helpful kind, courteous and great! Housekeeping was wonderful too. Thank you, Isiah, Antonio and Ms. Divine, you all were the best!

The only window looked to a brick wall, so no natural light in the room. It was not a big deal for me, but could be a deal breaker for some travelers. Wi-Fi signal was disappointing.

Location is incredible, just a few minutes walk to the Times Square. There's a subway station close as well which you can use to access all major attractions.

It is perfectly located if you want to be in Times Square. The staff working the front desk was great, they were super personable and very polite.

Unfortunately, our card reader didn't work three times, so we were locked out. The receptionist Ben was a great help though.

It was good value to be that close to Times Square. It is a small property and the rooms very small but ok for a night or two if you are out and about most of the time.
