everything was great just the ac was too loud and prolly missing a micro wave and the tv wasn't a smart one but other than that, highly recommended.

I had the basic room so it was small, there was no space for a chair and only a small table, but that's what I booked and not something bigger, money was a factor in my choice. The shower windows weren't completely blocked from being seen from the outside (see pictures), which kinda freaked me out a bit.

The bed was so comfortable, it was like sleeping on clouds. There was a fridge. The front desk staff were pretty cool, when I checked out and waiting for my taxi, they were singing along to the music playing on the radio.

Location was excellent. Right in Times Square. The staff was wonderful as well. Our first night was not good. The bed was strange as it was on a platform against the window and walls and the windows aren’t soundproof. It was very loud as we didn’t sleep at all. I asked for another room as was quickly switched to a back side of the property. It was much better. If the property had been sold out we would have had a much different review. The bathrooms in both rooms were nice with huge tiled rain showers. It was odd there was no nightstand by the bed with outlets. We were able to store luggage on both ends of the trip. There’s coffee shops, restaurants and an excellent all day takeout place with everything a couple doors down. Pic is of 1st room.

Perfect location, just a minute walk from Times Square. You can access lots of touristic attractions by foot. Room was clean and well equipped. It was quiet regardless busy location. Personal was nice and attentive.

The bed was very comfortable but extremely awkward to get into. Apart from one side, there was no way to get into it meaning you actually had to climb over to get in. The room was small but we expected that. Not much room for luggage for two

The location was fantastic. Times Square and theatres almost on the doorstep. With an Irish Pub next door and plenty of other eating places nearby, it could not have been better. As a tea drinker, having a kettle instead of a coffee machine was ideal

It‘s a bit dated and could use a modern refresh (lighter colors and no carpets).

I selected the hotel because it was right in the middle of three Broadway shows I was seeing. If it wasn‘t for that reason I would never ever in a million years stay this close to Times Square. Reception staff was friendly and the hotel felt safe and clean.

My bathroom door was difficult to close. Would have been nice to have the coffee and tea supplies replenished.

The location was perfect for me, close to the Broadway theatres I was attending. Staff were excellent. When I messaged them with a question through the app they responded straight away.

While there were ample outlets in the room, we really needed an outlet on both sides of the bed and an outlet near the top bunk. A small microwave would be nice and would easily fit next to the mini-fridge.

Beds were very comfy. It is rare to find a hotel in NYC with a room that can comfortably accommodate 3 people. Bathroom and shower were great, and towels were refreshed daily. While very close to Time Square the rooms were exceptionally quiet. Staff and service were excellent. (This is my 2nd stay in this hotel and they did a great job both times).

the beds were very comfortable, but the height of the beds were difficult for the ease of getting into a bed. I am 83 and could have used a stool for ease of climbing up. The room is very dark until you put your key card in the light switch.

Room a little dark and the corridors. We did have to ask for coffee, tea and milks a lot as the cleaner didn't replenish. But these things are major.

This hotel is literally a 2 minute walk from times square, the staff are friendly. The room was great , bed was comfy would definitely stay again. It was spotlessly clean too. Thank you for a great stay
