You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We liked the location and the layout of the loft. It was Loft - 101 not Loft - 92.

United States$1000 security deposit (booking requested me to take a selfie, photograph front and back of my driving license) There are lots of earplugs distributed througout the place - I needed these since the traffic from outside was quite loud. Checkout was earlier than at any other place I've been at: 10am I overslept (thanks to the earplugs) and when I came out of the bathroom at 10.06 am, a cleaner had opened the door and stood inside the room, demanding I leave the room. No bell, no knocking, just used a key to open the front door. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Owner sent an email at 10.14am (I was just getting my stuff out) demanding $20 for each 15 min overstay
There's a Nespresso machine! Earplugs everywhere (important since there's traffic noise)

United StatesThis place feels like a fishbowl and is lacking privacy. The blinds don’t completely cover the large windows. The worst was the bright lights outside all night shining directly into the home. It is a bit noisy, so the hosts provided ear plugs, but it was difficult to sleep with the bright light. I also didn’t love that the bathroom is downstairs from the bedroom, but ok if you don’t have to get up at night.
The hosts were great, the location of the building is very convenient and walkable to most everything you need. The place was clean and spacious.

United StatesFalse advertising, said it had 2 bedrooms and it had one, there were 3 of us so I had to throw down on couch. The number of communications it took to book this place right up to the night of our stay was crazy through ardvark, I won’t use them again. instructions from the owner/manager were different than what was printed in the book inside unit. He apologized for my inconvenience and said it was an error on the web site and you would be fixing that. There were 3 of us so he should have said there is only one bed. He offered to cut my bill 30% , should have been free, but I told him I’d be willing to pay 50%.

United StatesHORRIBLE internet. As much as I would love to stay here in the future when in town oh business (normally a week at a time) I had to go to a Starbucks to use my computer and up to the top floor to get cell phone service.
This is a lovely property. I come to this area often. This unit was immaculate and owners were responsive.
