It was super clean and very secure. It’s in a quiet street. Very private but also very accessible to shops and restaurants. Owner was very friendly and attentive. Responded to texts immediately.

The only downside was we had to put the car in the gate every single time we left, even if we were just running in to change clothes. There were 2 owners and the wife was rude to my mom about not putting the car in the gate, when we literally were there 10 minutes and leaving again.

The studio apartment was really clean and at a nice location. It had nice privacy.

There should be a note in the property description regarding the step to get inside the apartment. I have bad knees and it was a bit difficult to step in and out. A handle outside the door would be helpful.

The host was extremely accommodating, provided bottled water and checked on us by phone or text a couple of times.

Very attentive host, very clean room, comfy bed and pillows, good internet access, touchless entry, location was convenient to family, host provided Keurig machine + K-Cups and complimentary bottled water!

This was everything I needed with an exceptional host who communicated everything. The private and secure gated drive provides ample outdoor space and allows you to park right at your door. Rest easy knowing that your little guest house has security cameras outside. The privacy is great! It was clean, spacious, peaceful and provided so many small details for convenience and comfort- including a Keurig and coffee! It is in a beautiful neighborhood and a convenient location for many areas of Brandon, Tampa, Clearwater, Lakeland. Stock up your refrigerator and enjoy the perfect little kitchen for a getaway. The shower has great water pressure with a superb shower head. Decor is peaceful and comfortable in every detail. Very well kept and cleaned. The bed, luxurious. A great little sanctuary.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about this beautiful place. if I moved to Florida I would love to live in it all year round.

Well, I love the owner Nelson meeting me and going over everything in depth. The studio was superb and tucked away in the quietest neighborhood. It’s close to my family and super clean. Secure gated parking with a code.

The property is a little far from the beach, lol, but is very close to shops and great dining! And the beach is only 20 -60 minutes away depending on where you choose to go! 😊

The area outside was very private and gated. The neighborhood felt very safe and the room was extremely comfortable and air conditioned. Nelson is a great host and was always there to help with questions or more coffee. The little kitchenette was very useful, including pots, pans, and dishes. The refrigerator was very beneficial to have, as well, with as much water as you'll find yourself drinking in Florida!! We would highly recommend this property and will be back when we need to be! Highly recommending this property means that Nelson will have more business so we are reluctant to give it a total "10" because it may not be available for us next time, Lol! However, anyone who stays will likely feel the same! We'll definitely be back!
